Abstract

الاختراع الحالي يوفر مشتقات بيريميدين وبيريدين مبتكرة وتركيبات صيدلية مشتقة منها، وطرق استخدام تلك المركبات. مثلا، فإن مشتقات البيريميدين والبريدين وفقا للاختراع يمكن ان تستعمل في علاج، تخفيف او منع حالة والتي تستجيب لتثبيط فعالية كيناز ورم لمقاوي لا ورمي (ALK)، كيناز التصاق يؤري (FAK)، كيناز 70 بروتين بمصاحبة سلسلة زيتا (ZAP-70) ، عامل نمو يشبه الانسولين (IGF-1R)، او توافقق مما سبق.
