Abstract
يوفر الاختراع متقارن يشتمل على جزئ حيوي مرتبط بحمض دهني من خلال رابط حيث يكون للحمض الدهني الصيغ التالية A1، A2 أو A3: A1 A2 أو A3 1) حيث تكون R1, R2, R3, R4, Ak, n, m وp معرفة هنا. يتعلق الاختراع أيضاً بطريقة لتصنيع متقارن الاختراع مثل متقارن GDF15، واستخداماته العلاجية مثل علاج أو الوقاية من اضطرابات أو أمراض أيضية، النوع الثاني من داء السكري، السمنة، التهاب البنكرياس، عسر شحميات الدم، مرض الكبد الدهني الكحولي وغير الكحولي/التهاب الكبد الدهني وغيرها من أمراض الكبد التقدمية، مقاومة الأنسولين، فرط الانسولينية، الحساسية المفرطة تجاه الجلوكوز، ارتفاع السكر في الدم، المتلازمة الأيضية، ارتفاع ضغط الدم، أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، تصلب الشرايين، أمراض الشرايين الطرفية، السكتة الدماغية، هبوط القلب، مرض القلب التاجي، مضاعفات السكري (تتضمن لكنها لا تقتصر على مرض الكلى المزمن)، اعتلال الأعصاب، خزل المعدة واضطرابات أيضية أخرى. يوفر الاختراع الحالي كذلك توليفة من عوامل نشطة صيدلية وتركيبة صيدلية.
