Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بأجسام مضادة ترتبط بمولد ضد غشائي خاص بالبروستاتا (PSMA)، وأجسام مضادة ثنائية النوعية ترتبط بـ PSMA وCD3، وطرق لاستخدامها. وفقاً لتجسيدات معينة، تربط الأجسام المضادة الخاصة بالاختراع PSMA بشري بألفة عالية وتربط CD3 لإحداث تكاثر الخلية التائية. ويتضمن الاختراع أجساماً مضادة ترتبط بـ PSMA و CD3 وتحدث قتل لخلايا الورم المعبرة عن PSMA تتوسطه الخلية التائية. ووفقاً لتجسيدات معينة، يوفر الاختراع الحالي جزيئات رابطة لمولد ضد ثنائية النوعية تشتمل على نطاق أول رابط لمولد الضد يرتبط تحديداً بـ CD3 بشري، وجزيء ثان رابط لمولد الضد يرتبط تحديداً بـ PSMA بشري. وفي تجسيدات معينة، تكون الجزيئات الرابطة لمولد الضد ثنائية النوعية الخاصة بالاختراع الحالي قادرة على تثبيط نمو أورام البروستاتا المعبرة عن PSMA. وتعد الأجسام المضادة والجزيئات الرابطة لمولد الضد ثنائية النوعية الخاصة بالاختراع مفيدة في علاج أمراض واضطرابات حيث تكون زيادة الاستجابة المناعية المتحكم فيها أو المستحثة المستهدفة أمراً مرغوباً فيه و/أو مفيد من الناحية العلاجية. على سبيل المثال، يتم استخدام الأجسام المضادة الخاصة بالاختراع في علاج مختلف أنواع السرطان.
