【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】
金型キャビティ(28)および加工品(40)に対して移動可能な金型クロージャ(30)を含む圧縮成形用金型(26)と、該金型内に配置される加工品とのタッチを感知する装置(10)において、
前記金型クロージャと前記加工品とのタッチを知らせるよう配置できる少なくとも1個の順応性シート材(18)と
前記加工品(40)の表面上の複数の異なる点での前記金型クロージャと前記加工品とのタッチを知らせるよう配置され、前記金型クロージャが前記加工品の部分に接触したときそれを示す信号を発生する複数のタッチセンサパッド(14)を含む、少なくとも1個のタッチセンサ(12)と、を備え、
前記信号に基づき前記金型クロージャの移動を制御して前記金型クロージャ(30)をその位置で前記加工品(40)に接触させておく、タッチ感知装置。
【請求項2】
金型キャビティ(28)および加工品(40)に対して移動可能な金型クロージャ(30)を含む圧縮成形用金型(26)と、該金型内に配置される加工品とのタッチを感知する方法において、
少なくとも1個のタッチセンサパッド(14)を含む少なくとも1個の順応性シート材(18)を、前記金型クロージャと前記加工品とのタッチを知らせるよう配置し、
前記金型クロージャと前記加工品とのタッチを示す信号を発生し、
前記加工品(40)から前記圧縮成形用金型(26)から取り除き、
前記順応性シート材(18)を前記加工品(40)から分離する、
ことを含むタッチ感知方法。
