However, if natural wood is to be used as a veneer, it must be used thinly in order to ensure its flexibility. Particularly, the surface material of a bag, bag, or small object must be used. When used as a natural wood, if it is made into a thin plate, it can be bent or broken by contact,
The probability of breakage is extremely high. Therefore, it was not suitable for use as a material for such articles. However, on the other hand, there is a strong demand for utilizing the goodness of the texture and the like of natural wood, and the inventor of the present application uses a thin natural wood material to make up for the weakness while utilizing the goodness in order to meet such a demand. As a result of intensive research to develop a material, a natural wood thin plate material that is relatively flexible and can withstand years of use even when used as a surface material of the article has been developed.

[0008] The natural wood thin plate material 12 is formed of a thin plate obtained by slicing coniferous or hardwood such as cedar or cypress into 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm. The natural wood thin plate material 12 is prepared by adding a softening agent such as a styrene-acryl copolymer resin emulsion and an acrylic copolymer resin emulsion in a weight ratio of 5: 1 to 1: 1 in order to impart flexibility.
Thinner softener mixed (thickness of 2-5 μm)
It is applied to soften and toughen the fibers of the natural thin wood material 12 itself. At this time, the softener is natural wood thin plate material 12.
In the conduit. In order to shorten the drying time and make the thickness of the softening agent constant, it is particularly preferable that the mixing ratio of the styrene-acrylic copolymer resin and the acrylic copolymer resin emulsion is 1: 1. This natural wood thin plate material 12 is not simply used as a single thin veneer as it is. For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of relatively thick natural wood thin plates are laminated and bonded, and in the width direction thereof. Further, it may be sliced into one thin plate material.
In the case of manufacturing a bird's-eye maple thin plate material, for example, a material having a thickness of 0.3 mm is prepared by peeling off katsura, and a material having a thickness of 0.1 mm is formed by buffing it. Is also good. At this time, for example, each veneer is impregnated with an insect repellent, water-resistant, yellowing / fading or the like, or the main component of an adhesive for laminating and bonding a plurality of relatively thick natural wood thin plates has such properties. The mixed agents may be used as an adhesive.

The surface layer 14 is formed mainly for imparting gloss and for imparting water resistance and yellowing and fading. For example, a synthetic material such as lacquer-type leather clear made of nitrocellulose as a main raw material is used. It is formed by thinly coating the surface of the natural thin wooden plate material 12 with resin or natural resin. The resin forming the surface layer 14 is preferably applied after the softener is applied and after the softener is dried. In particular, an ultraviolet absorber or a water absorbing agent may be added to this resin to increase weather resistance and water resistance.

A single sheet or film having elasticity may be formed on the back surface of the natural thin wooden plate material 12 with an adhesive, or a plurality of elastic materials having different properties are laminated, and each property is By combining them, a synergistic effect may be formed so as to obtain a better material.
In this embodiment, the elastic material layer 16 is constituted by three elastic materials. That is, the elastic material layer 16
A nonwoven fabric 18 is laminated and adhered to the entire back surface of the natural wood thin plate material 12 with an adhesive.
8, a mesh material sheet 20 made of vinylon is adhered to the entire surface with an adhesive. Further, on the back surface of the mesh material sheet 20, a foamed polyethylene sheet 22 is entirely laminated and adhered with an adhesive film or an adhesive.

The non-woven fabric 18 is mainly made of polyester fibers, and is bonded to stabilize the shape of the thin natural wood material 12 and prevent cracks. That is, since the natural wood thin plate material 12 is rounded as it is, when laminating and bonding the later elastic material, the natural wood thin plate material 12 is flattened due to poor workability such as difficulty in laminating and bonding. It is preferable that the nonwoven fabric 18 is first adhered to the back surface of the natural thin wooden sheet material 12. As an adhesive for bonding the nonwoven fabric 18, when the adhesive is hardened, the natural wood thin plate material 12 is prevented from becoming hard, and an adhesive such as an ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive is used to impart flexibility. It is better to mix them. At this time, when the above-described softener, for example, an acrylic copolymer resin emulsion is applied to the adhesive and mixed, the softener is impregnated into the conduit of the natural wood thin plate material 12 from the back side, and the natural wood is further reduced. The flexibility of the thin plate material 12 is increased.

The mesh material sheet 20 is a vinylon-based cold gauze having a weight of 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm, or an ester cold gauze having a weight of 1.0 mm to 1.3 mm. Is used.
If this cold gauze is used, the laminate of the natural wood thin plate material 12 and the nonwoven fabric 18 will be more durable, more flexible, more resistant to bending, and easier to mold later. In particular, the natural wood thin plate material 12 has a drawback that it is a delicate material and is easily damaged, but it fulfills the function of reinforcing it. The adhesive for bonding the cold gauze 20 is, for example, an acrylic resin emulsion-based adhesive in order to prevent the natural wood thin plate material 12 from becoming hard when the adhesive is hardened and to impart flexibility, and to spray the nonwoven fabric 18 by spraying. Is applied to the back surface of the substrate and the cold gauze 20 is adhered.

A backing material 24 is further laminated and adhered to the back surface of the elastic material layer 16, that is, the front surface of the foamed polyethylene sheet 22. The backing material 24 is formed by adhering, for example, a pigskin film or sheet over the entire back surface of the thin natural wood material 12. The backing material 24 is made of the natural wood thin plate material 12 and the nonwoven fabric 18.
Further, the laminate of the cold gauze 20 and the foamed polyethylene sheet 22 is further protected to prevent the natural wood thin plate material 12 from being broken due to the contact of an article or the like with the natural wood thin plate material 12 from the back surface. In particular, pigskin is rich in flexibility and gives a voluminous feel, and also gives a soft touch feeling. The adhesive for laminating and bonding the backing material 24 may be the same as the adhesive for bonding the cold gauze 20.

The reason why the same adhesive is used for laminating the cooling gauze 20, the foamed polyethylene sheet 22, and the backing material 24 in a uniform manner is to increase workability. For example, if different kinds of adhesives are used, it is necessary to change the tank for storing the adhesive every time, and the tank needs to be washed each time the change is made, which leads to an increase in production cost in terms of washing and labor. Therefore, the adhesive is selected to be suitable for bonding different kinds of materials such as the cold gauze 20, the foamed polyethylene sheet 22, and the backing material 24.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the surface layer protects the surface and plays a role of water resistance and prevention of yellowing and fading. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the nonwoven fabric stabilizes the shape of the natural wood thin plate material, prevents cracks, and facilitates adhesion with the elastic material to be laminated and adhered next. According to the invention of claim 4, the mesh material sheet makes the sheet of the natural thin wood material and the nonwoven fabric strong, more flexible, and resistant to bending. Also, molding becomes easy. According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the foam sheet gives a volume to the whole sheet of the natural wood thin plate material, the nonwoven fabric, and the mesh material sheet, and is strong against impact. In addition, a soft touch can be created. According to the inventions of claims 6, 7 and 8, the backing material protects the entire sheet as a backing material. In particular, pig skin (pig skin) is soft and stretchable, so it is resistant to bending and twisting.
