(57)【要約】 【課題】 耐締付け荷重性の有る回り止め部付皿ボルト
を提供する。 【解決手段】 緊締受用の扁平な皿状頭部２と螺杆部１
との間に、螺杆部１より径方向外側に突出する突出部３
´を備えた断面非円形の回り止め部３を備える。また、
前記頭部２の上面中央部に前記螺杆部１と重なり、か
つ、前記突出部と重なり合う膨出部５を設ける。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、緊締受用の扁平な皿状
頭部と螺杆部の間に、螺杆部より一部又は全部が径方向
外側に突出する突出部を備えた断面非円形の回り止め部
を備えた回り止め部付皿ボルトに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】前記回り止め部を備えた皿ボルトは、皿
状頭部を物品に備えた凹入部に係合し、該凹入部に設け
た係止部（孔）に回り止め部を係合し、螺杆部に螺合し
たナットで物品同士を締め付ける際、係止部と回り止め
部の係合関係によってナットと共回することなく、ナッ
トによる締付け操作を円滑に行うようにしたものである
が、緊締受用の頭部が偏平体で構成されていることと、
締付け時に前記係合関係により回動方向への動きが規制
されて軸線方向に締付け荷重が集中する関係から、締付
け時に頭部が破断する場合がある。
【０００３】本発明は、斯様な事実に鑑み、耐締付け荷
重性の有る回り止め部付皿ボルトを提供すべく創案した
ものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】緊締受用の扁平な皿状頭
部と螺杆部の間に、螺杆部より一部又は全部が径方向外
側に突出する突出部を備えた断面非円形の回り止め部を
備えたボルトにおいて、前記頭部の上面中央部に前記螺
杆部と重なり、かつ、前記突出部の全部又は一部に重な
り合う膨出部を設けた構成とする。

【実施例】図面は本発明に係る回り止め部付皿ボルトの
一実施例を示し、図１は正面図、図２は平面図、図３は
底面図、図４は図１のｘ−ｘ線断面図、図５は一部拡大
欠截正面図、図６は使用状態を示す一部欠截正面図であ
る。
【０００６】図中、Ａはボルトで、ボルトＡは、先端側
にねじを設けた螺杆部１と緊締受用の頭部２との間に回
り止め部３を介在させて構成したものである。
【０００７】このボルトＡを構成する回り止め部３は、
横断面方形状を呈し、該方形状の４隅部を前記螺杆部１
の径方向外側に突出する突出部３´，３´，３´，３´
を備えてナット４による締付け操作時におけるナット４
との共回りを規制する。
【０００８】また、頭部２は、前記締付け操作時におけ
る緊締受となるもので、偏平なやや円錐台形状を成し、
その上面２´の中央部に前記螺杆部１と重なる上面が平
らな（平らにすることにより必要最小限の材料で形成で
きる）膨出部５を備え、膨出部５の外周端５´は、前記
回り止め部３を前記頭部２を介して平面視取り囲む位置
に配置して、前記突出部３´，３´，３´，３´を含ん
だ回り止め部３とも重なり合うように、回り止め部３の
径ａに対して径ｂを大径にしてある。
【０００９】なお、膨出部５は、螺杆部１と重なり、か
つ、前記突出部３´，３´，３´，３´とは部分的に重
なり合うようにしても良く、部分的に重なり合う程度
は、ナット４による締付け時に頭部２の下面（回り止め
部３の外周端との境界部）に作用する引張力の程度との
かね合いで決定すれば良いが、実施例のように突出部３
´，３´，３´，３´全部（全域）と重なり合うように
することが望ましい。
【００１０】前記頭部２は偏平円錐台形状とすることに
より、使用状態を示す図６で示すように、座金６に形成
した凹入部７に没入できるようにして座金６からの無用
な突出部が生じないようにしてある。
【００１１】しかして、例えば図６で示すように、木製
の縦材（柱）１０と木製の横材（横架材）１１を接合す
る接合金具１２（具体例を挙げるまでもなく公知）と組
合わせてボルトＡを用いるのであって、縦材１０に一側
を組付けた前記接合金具１２の他の一側に、前記横材１
１を通じて螺杆部１を貫通させ、接合金具１２より突出
する螺杆部１の先端にナット４を螺合締め付けるように
して用いるのである。
【００１２】なお、座金６には前記凹入部７と連通する
係止孔１３を設け、係止孔１３は回り止め部３の外形と
一致してナット４とのボルトＡの共回りを防止する。
【００１３】回り止め部３は、実施例では方形状を呈す
るが、螺杆部１より一部又は全部が径方向外側に突出す
る断面非円形を成していれば良い。

【発明の効果】本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、
従来の回り止め付きボルトと同様に頭部を座金その他の
物品に形成した凹入部内に係合して収め、ナットの螺合
操作のみによって締付け操作を行うことができることは
勿論、ナット締め付け時に、回り止め部との境界部であ
る頭部下面部分に引張り力が作用しても、該頭部下面部
分が膨出部と全部又は部分的に重なり合っているので、
当該頭部下面部分を補強することになり、頭部の偏平が
原因による該部分からの破断（壊）のない回り止め部付
皿ボルトを提供できる。

  1. 【請求項１】 緊締受用の扁平な皿状頭部と螺杆部の間
    に、螺杆部より一部又は全部が径方向外側に突出する突
    出部を備えた断面非円形の回り止め部を備えたボルトに
    おいて、前記頭部の上面中央部に前記螺杆部と重なり、
    かつ、前記突出部の全部又は一部に重なり合う膨出部を
    設けた、回り止め部付皿ボルト。
