Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.トリブロック共重合体と水とを基材とするヒドロゲルであって、上記ヒド ロゲルは上記トリブロック共重合体の重量と少なくとも等しい量の水を含有する 軟質ヒドロゲルの形で提供されること及び上記共重合体は、式(I): X−G−Y (I) [式中、Gはp個の反復単位からなる非ヒドロキシル化親水性線状重合体ブロック であり、pは10から150まで変動し得る数であり、X及びYの各々は、それぞれ、 m個及びn個の反復単位からなるポリエステルブロックを表し、比(m+n)/pは上記 共重合体が水に不溶性であるのに十分な大きさでありかつ比(m+n)/pは上記共重 合体の水混和性有機溶剤中の溶液に水を添加することにより、上記共重合体の重 量と少なくとも等しい量の水を保持することのできる軟質ゲルが形成されるよう に選択される]で表されることを特徴とするヒドロゲル。 2.pは10から120まで、特に、15から100まで変動し得る数である、請求項1 に記載のヒドロゲル。 3.前記比(m+n)/pは、前記ヒドロゲルが該ゲル中に含有される共重合体の重 量と少なくとも等しい量〜その2倍の量の水を含有し得るように選択される、請 求項1又は2に記載のヒドロゲル。 4.前記比(m+n)/pは約1〜5の数である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の ヒドロゲル。 5.X及びYが、(i)乳酸、グリコール酸、マレイン酸モノエステル、ラクチ ド、グリコシド又はパラ−ジオキサノンから選ばれた単量体から誘導される重合 体、(ii)これらの単量体相互により形成される共重合体又は(iii)ジアシッドと ジオールとの重縮合により得られる重合体を表す、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載のヒドロゲル。 6.Gによって表わされる重合体ブロックは下記のもの:ポリ(エチレングリ コール)、ポリ(ビニルピロリドン)及びポリアクリルアミドから選ばれる、請 求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル。 7.疎水性物質を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル。 8.疎水性物質は医薬、着色剤、芳香物質及び殺虫剤から選ばれる、請求項7 に記載のヒドロゲル。 9.疎水性物質はホルモン、抗生物質、駆虫薬、抗癌剤、麻酔剤、鎮静薬及び ペプチドから選ばれる、請求項7及び8に記載のヒドロゲル。 10.水溶性巨大分子を含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル 。 11.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲルの凍結乾燥により得られる凍 結乾燥物。 12.請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲルの凍結乾燥により得られる凍 結乾燥物。 13.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル又は請求項11に記載の凍結乾 燥物を基材として含有する組成物。 14.請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル又は請求項12に記載の凍結乾 燥物を含有する組成物。 15.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル又は請求項11又は12に記載の 凍結乾燥物を含有する医薬組成物。 16.水溶性巨大分子からなる医薬を更に含有する、請求項15に記載の組成物。 17.2mmの内径を有する中空針又は1mmの内径を有する中空針を通過すること ができるのに十分な変形性を有する、請求項15又は16に記載の組成物。 18.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の共重合体X−G−Yの水混和性有機溶剤 中の溶液を調製しついでこの溶液を軟質ヒドロゲルを製造するのに十分な量の水 と接触させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のヒドロゲル又 は凍結乾燥物の製造方法。 19.ヒドロゲルの水による洗浄及び/又は水に対する透析及び/又は凍結乾燥を 更に行う、請求項18に記載の方法。 20.疎水性物質及び請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のトリブロック共重合体を 、該疎水性物質及び共重合体に対する溶剤である水混和性有機溶剤中に 溶解させた溶液を調製しついでこの溶液を水と接触させて、上記疎水性物質を保 持することのできる軟質ヒドロゲルを得ることを特徴とする、疎水性物質をヒド ロゲル中に閉込める方法。 21.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のトリブロック共重合体を水混和性有機溶 剤中に溶解させた溶液を調製しついでこの溶液を疎水性巨大分子の水溶液と接触 させて、上記巨大分子を保持することのできる軟質ヒドロゲルを得ることを特徴 とする、疎水性巨大分子をヒドロゲル中に閉込める方法。
