Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ホスゲンの製造方法であって、COとCl2を含有する混合物を約300 ℃以下で炭素と接触させる工程を具え、前記炭素が、重量基準で1000ppm 未満の活性金属含有量を有し、WVC温度試験において約12パーセント以下の 重量損失があることを特徴とする製造方法。 2.前記炭素が、酸洗浄されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方 法。 3.前記炭素が、三次元マトリックス炭素材料であることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の製造方法。 4.前記炭素が、カーボンブラック顆粒の塊にガス状または蒸気状の炭化水素 を導入する工程と、炭化水素を分解して顆粒表面に炭素を付着させる工程と、得 られた材料を水蒸気を含む活性剤ガスで処理して多孔質炭素材料を提供する工程 とによって得られることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製造方法。 5.前記炭素が、重量基準で約100ppm未満の鉄を含むことを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の製造方法。
