Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水で有機シラン化合物を処理することによって得ることができるラッカー組 成物であり、この有機シラン化合物が炭素原子と結合したヒドロキシ基又は加水 分解基を含む非加水分解シラン置換基の他に少なくとも二つの加水分解縮合可能 なシラン置換基を有するラッカー組成物において、前記処理がポリカルボン酸が あることで起こり、当該ポリカルボン酸は、水と接触して安定していることを特 徴とするラッカー組成物。 2.前記ポリカルボン酸は水に溶解することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラッ カー組成物。 3.前記ポリカルボン酸はマレイン酸であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の ラッカー組成物。 4.前記有機シラン化合物はエポキシシランであることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載のラッカー組成物。 5.前記エポキシシランは、3−グリシジルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン (3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane)であることを特徴と請求項4に記載の するラッカー組成物。 6.請求項1に記載のラッカー組成物において、前記処理の始めでは、潜伏か非 潜伏の非加水分解縮合可能なシラン置換基のヒドロキシ基の数とポリカルボン酸 のカルボキシ基の数との間のモル比が、1から10の範囲であることを特徴 と するラッカー組成物。 7.前記モル比は約4であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のラッカー組成物 。 8.前記処理が第2加水分解縮合可能な有機シラン化合物があることで行われる ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラッカー組成物。 9.前記第2加水分解縮合可能な有機シラン化合物が、テトラアルコキシシラン (tetra-alkoxysilane)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のラッカー組成物 。 10.前記処理がシリカ粒子の懸濁液があることで行われることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載のラッカー組成物。 11.ラッカー被覆を基板に施す方法であり、ラッカー組成物が前記基板に施さ れて硬化することによって前記ラッカー被覆を形成する方法において、先行する 請求項の何れか一項に記載されたラッカー組成物が使用されることを特徴とする 方法。 12.前記ラッカー組成物の塗布に先だって、エポキシシラン及びポリカルボン 酸を有する混合物が前記基板上に供給されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載 の方法。 13.ラッカー被覆のための下塗り剤としてのエポキシシラン及びポリカルボン 酸を有する混合物の使用。 14.保護塗装を備えるシェーバーヘッドにおいて、当該保護塗装が請求項11 又は12に記載された方法を用いて得られることを特徴とするシェーバーヘッド 。 15.ラッカー被覆を備えるハウジングを有する電気シェーバーにおいて、前記 ラッカー被覆が請求項11又は12に記載される方法を用いて得られることを特 徴とする電気シェーバー。
