Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液体を満たすための容器の底に設けられてピストンロッド(4)に連結さ れた弁頭(1)と、及び圧力媒体により作動されるピストン(5)とを含み、そ の際その弁頭(1)は第1位置と第2位置との間で動くことができ、そしてその 第1閉止位置において弁座(2)に対して圧し付けられている出口弁において、 1つの単位として設計されていて圧力媒体供給源への連結部材(7)の設けられ た、その内部が上記液体に対して密封されている或る作動装置(6)の中にピス トン(5)が配置されていること、この作動装置(6)は、この弁が開放してい るときにその液体が上記作動装置(6)と弁座(7)との間の帯域を通過するよ うな、その弁座(2)からの距離のところに配置されていること、及びその作動 装置(6)に圧力媒体供給源への2つの連結部材(7、8)が設けられており、 これら連結部材がその作動装置(6)の中の、ピストン(5)のそれぞれの側に 位置する空間へ導かれていることを特徴とする、上記出口弁。 2. 作動装置(6)が弁座(2)に堅く連結されていることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲1に従う出口弁。 3. 弁頭(1)がその開放位置において弁座(2)から、その出口開口が完全 に開放されるような距離のところに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の範 囲1又は2に従う出口弁。 4. ピストンロッド(4)が作動装置(6)の方へ向いている部分において円 錐状の遮蔽シート(11)によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲1ないし3のいずれか1項に従う出口弁。 5. 弁頭(1)に管状部分(13)が設けられていて、これが、その円錐状の 上記遮蔽シート(11)に堅く連結されているもう1つの管状部分(12)を取 り囲むように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲4に従う出口弁。 6. ピストンが1つ以上のスライドリングにより隔てられているいくつかのピ ストンリングを含む、請求の範囲1ないし5のいずれか1項に従う出口弁。 7. それらスライドリングがグラファイト含浸テフロンより作られていること を特徴とする、請求の範囲6に従う出口弁。
