Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.視力矯正屈折力を示し、眼への挿入または角膜への配置に適しており、か つ遠見視力矯正のための基準屈折力を有する眼用多重焦点レンズであって、 前記基準屈折力よりも大きい視力矯正屈折力を示す中央域、 この中央域の径方向外方に配置した、前記基準屈折力よりも大きい視力矯正屈 折力を示す第1外部域、および この第1外部域の径方向外方に配置した、前記基準屈折力よりも小さい実質的 に一定の視力矯正屈折力を示す第2外部域 を含むことを特徴とするレンズ。 2.中央域は、視力矯正屈折力が累進的に変化する累進屈折区域を有し、 この累進屈折域では、視力矯正屈折力は、遠見視力矯正屈折力から、中間矯正 屈折力、遠見視力矯正屈折力次いで前記基準屈折力よりも小さい屈折力の順序で 径方向外方に変化する請求項1記載のレンズ。 3.第1外部域は、中央域と連続しており、かつ中央域に隣接して遠見視力矯 正屈折力を示すと共に、近見視力矯正屈折力を示す区域を有し、 第1外部域の視力矯正屈折力は、遠見視力矯正屈折力と近見視力矯正屈折力と の間で累進的に変化する請求項2記載のレンズ。 4.第1外部域は、環状であって、中央域を包囲する請求項3記載のレンズ。 5.さらに、第2外部域を包囲する第3外部域を含み、 この第3外部域は、第2外部域に連続しており、かつ第2外部域に隣接して遠 見視力矯正屈折力を示す共に、近見視力矯正屈折力を示す区域を有し、 第3外部域の視力矯正屈折力は、遠見視力矯正屈折力と近見視力矯正屈折力と の間で累進的に変化する請求項4記載のレンズ。 6.さらに、第3外部域を包囲する第4外部域を含み、 この第4外部域は、前記基準屈折力よりも小さい実質的に一定の視力矯正屈折 力を示す請求項5記載のレンズ。 7.眼用多重焦点レンズの平均視力矯正屈折力は、前記基準屈折力にほぼ等し い請求項6記載のレンズ。 8.第1外部域の近見視力矯正屈折力は、第3外部域の近見視力矯正屈折力の 大きさにほぼ等しい請求項7記載のレンズ。 9.視力矯正屈折力を示し、眼への挿入または角膜への配置に適しており、か つ遠見視力矯正のための基準屈折力を有する眼用多重焦点レンズであって、 光軸、 この光軸の径方向外方に配置した、前記基準屈折力よりも大きい視力矯正屈折 力を示す第1環状域、および この第1環状域の径方向外方に配置した、前記基準屈折力よりも小さい実質的 に一定の視力矯正屈折力を示す第2環状域 を含むことを特徴とするレンズ。 10.第1環状域は、遠見視力矯正屈折力および近見視力矯正屈折力を示し、 第1環状域の視力矯正屈折力は、遠見視力矯正屈折力と近見視力矯正屈折力と の間で累進的に変化する請求項9記載のレンズ。 11.第2環状域は、実質的に一定の視力矯正屈折力に加えて、遠見視力矯正屈 折力を示し、 第2環状域の視力矯正屈折力は、遠見視力矯正屈折力と実質的に一定の視力矯 正屈折力の間で累進的に変化する請求項10記載のレンズ。 12.第2環状域は、遠見視力矯正屈折力を示す内部環状区域と、前記基準屈折 力よりも小さい視力矯正屈折力を示す中間環状区域と、遠見視力矯正屈折力を示 す外部環状区域とを含んでなる請求項11記載のレンズ。 13.さらに第3環状域を含み、この第3環状域は、遠見視力矯正屈折力を示す 内部環状区域と、近見視力矯正屈折力を示す中間環状区域と、遠見視力矯正屈折 力を示す外部環状区域とを含んでなる請求項12記載のレンズ。 14.さらに第4環状域を含み、この第4環状域は、遠見視力矯正屈折力を示す 内部環状区域と、前記基準屈折力よりも小さい視力矯正屈折力を示す中間環状区 域と、遠見視力矯正屈折力を示す外部環状区域とを含んでなる請求項13記載のレ ンズ。 15.視力矯正屈折力を示すと共に、眼への挿入または角膜への配置に適した 眼用多重焦点レンズであって、 近見視力矯正屈折力を示す第1環状域、および この第1環状域を包囲した、遠見視力矯正屈折力よりも小さい実質的に一定の 視力矯正屈折力を示す第2環状域 を含むことを特徴とするレンズ。 16.視力矯正屈折力を示すと共に、眼への挿入または角膜への配置に適した眼 用多重焦点レンズであって、 上記眼用多重焦点レンズの基準屈折力よりも大きい視力矯正屈折力を示す中央 域、および この中央域を包囲した、前記基準屈折力よりも小さい実質的に一定の視力矯正 屈折力を示す環状域 を含むことを特徴とするレンズ。 17.視力矯正屈折力を示すと共に、眼への挿入または角膜への配置に適した眼 用多重焦点レンズであって、 眼網膜の前方において第1距離に集光させるような視力矯正屈折力を示す中央 域、および この中央域を包囲した、眼網膜の後方において第1距離の約20%の位置に集光 させるための環状域 を含むことを特徴とするレンズ。 18.薄明かりの条件下に、前記環状域を通過した光は、眼網膜の後方において 第1距離の約20%の位置に集光する請求項17記載のレンズ。 19.視力矯正屈折力を示すと共に、眼への挿入または角膜への配置に適した眼 用多重焦点レンズであって、 近見視力矯正屈折力を示す第1環状域、 第1環状域を包囲した、遠見視力矯正屈折力よりも小さい視力矯正屈折力を示 す第2環状域、および 第2環状域を包囲した、第1環状域の近見視力矯正屈折力の大きさとほぼ等し い大きさを有する近見視力矯正屈折力を示す第3環状域 を含むことを特徴とするレンズ。 20.遠見視力矯正屈折力に対する、第1環状域の近見視力矯正屈折力の大きさ は、遠見視力矯正屈折力に対する、第2環状域の視力矯正屈折力の大きさの約5 倍である請求項19記載のレンズ。
