Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマーを含むヒドロゲル組成物から調製された成形された弾性変形可能な 部分を含む医療装置であって、前記弾性変形可能な部分が成形後にヒドロゲル 組成物の実質的な溶解、分解、又は脱水を生じないで弾性応答を増進するのに 充分な量の弾性剤を含む溶液に暴露されたことを特徴とする医療装置。 2.医療装置が保持特性を有する弾性変形可能なステントであり、全ステントが 成形後にその溶液に暴露された請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 3.前記ポリマーが多糖である請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 4.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース、キトサン 、キチン、澱粉、デキストラン、ヘパリン、コンドロイチン、陽イオングアー 、陽イオン澱粉、カルボキシメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルキトサン、 カルボキシメチルデキストラン、カルボキシメチル澱粉、ヘパリンスルフェー ト、及びコンドロイチンスルフェートからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第3 項に記載の医療装置。 5.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、及びヒアルロン酸、並びにそれらの塩 からなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第3項に記載の医療装置。 6.前記ポリマーがイオン架橋されている請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 7.前記溶液がバリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、ストロンチウムイオン、及 び銅イオンからなる群から選ばれた架橋剤を更に含む請求の範囲第6項に記載 の医療装置。 8.前記ポリマーがバリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、 ストロンチウムイオン、ホウ素イオン、ベリウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン 、鉄イオン、銅イオン、コバルトイオン、鉛イオン、及び銀イオンからなる群 から選ばれたイオン架橋剤で陽イオン架橋されている請求の範囲第6項に記載 の医療装置。 9.前記架橋剤がバリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、ストロンチウムイオン、 及び銅イオンからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第8項に記載の医療装置。 10.前記ポリマーがバリウムイオンを含む架橋剤で陽イオン架橋されている請求 の範囲第6項に記載の医療装置。 11.前記弾性剤がナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、銀 イオン、アンモニウムイオン、及びリチウムイオンからなる群から選ばれた一 種以上のイオンを含む請求の範囲第6項に記載の医療装置。 12.前記溶液が水性である請求の範囲第6項に記載の医療装置。 13.前記弾性剤の量が溶液の約0.5重量%より大きい請求の範囲第12項に記載の 医療装置。 14.前記弾性剤の量が溶液の約1−50重量%である請求の範囲第12項に記載の医 療装置。 15.前記弾性剤がノニオン性であり、かつ少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基又は アミン基を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 16.前記弾性剤がグルコース、ソルビトール、クエン酸、尿素、及びグリセロー ルからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 17.前記弾性剤がソルビトールである請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 18.前記ポリマーが多糖であり、かつ前記弾性剤がイオン性である請求の範囲第 1項に記載の医療装置。 19.前記溶液が水性である請求の範囲第18項に記載の医療装置。 20.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース、キトサン 、キチン、澱粉、デキストラン、ヘパリン、コンドロイチン、陽イオングアー 、陽イオン澱粉、又はこれらの誘導体もしくは塩である請求の範囲第19項に記 載の医療装置。 21.前記弾性剤がナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、銀 イオン、アンモニウムイオン、及びリチウムイオン、並びにこれらの混合物か らなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第20項に記載の医療装置。 22.前記ポリマーが多糖であり、かつ弾性剤がノニオン性である請求の範囲第1 項に記載の医療装置。 23.前記溶液が水性である請求の範囲第22項に記載の医療装置。 24.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース、キトサン 、キチン、澱粉、デキストラン、ヘパリン、コンドロイチン、陽イオングアー 、 陽イオン澱粉、又はこれらの誘導体もしくは塩である請求の範囲第23項に記載 の医療装置。 25.前記弾性剤がソルビトール、尿素、及びクエン酸からなる群から選ばれる請 求の範囲第24項に記載の医療装置。 26.前記ポリマーがバリウムイオン又はカルシウムイオンで架橋されたアルギン 酸又はその塩であり、前記溶液が水性であり、かつ前記弾性剤がカリウムイオ ン、ナトリウムイオン、ソルビトール、グルコース、クエン酸、マンニトール 、ダルシトール、及びグリセロールからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第1項 に記載の医療装置。 27.前記弾性剤が約1重量%から約50重量%までの量で溶液中に存在する請求の 範囲第26項に記載の医療装置。 28.ヒドロゲル組成物が無機硫酸塩、無機リン酸塩、及びマグネシウムイオンか らなる群から選ばれた崩壊剤を更に含む請求の範囲第26項に記載の医療装置。 29.医療装置が保持特性を有する弾性変形可能なステントであり、全ステントが 成形後にその溶液に暴露された請求の範囲第26項に記載の医療装置。 30.ヒドロゲル組成物が崩壊剤を更に含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 31.前記崩壊剤が無機硫酸塩、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、エチレンジアミン テトラ酢酸塩、クエン酸塩、有機リン酸塩、無機リン酸塩、リン酸、三ナトリ ウムカルボキシメチルオキシコハク酸塩、ニトリロトリ酢酸、マレイン酸、シ ュウ酸塩、ポリアクリル酸、並びにナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオン、カル シウムイオン、及びマグネシウムイオンからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第 30項に記載の医療装置。 32.前記ポリマーが多糖であり、かつヒドロゲル組成物が無機硫酸塩、無機リン 酸塩、又はマグネシウムイオンを更に含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置 。 33.ステント、カテーテル、カニューレ、プラグ、又はリストリクターである請 求の範囲第l項に記載の医療装置。 34.ポリマーを含む弾性変形可能なヒドロゲル組成物を調製し、ヒドロゲル組成 物を成形し、成形されたヒドロゲル組成物をヒドロゲル組成物の実質的な溶解 、分解、又は脱水を生じないで弾性応答を増進するのに有効な量の弾性剤を含 む 溶液に暴露することを特徴とする改良された弾性応答を有する医療装置の製造 方法。 35.前記成形がヒドロゲル組成物を保持特性を有するステントに成形することを 含む請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 36.前記ポリマーが多糖である請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 37.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース、キトサン 、キチン、澱粉、デキストラン、ヘパリン、コンドロイチン、陽イオングアー 、陽イオン澱粉、カルボキシメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルキトサン、 カルボキシメチルデキストラン、カルボキシメチル澱粉、ヘパリンスルフェー ト、及びコンドロイチンスルフェートからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第36 項に記載の方法。 38.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、及びヒアルロン酸、並びにそれらの塩 からなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第36項に記載の方法。 39.前記ポリマーがイオン架橋されている請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 40.前記溶液がバリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、ストロンチウムイオン、及 び銅イオンからなる群から選ばれた架橋剤を更に含む請求の範囲第39項に記載 の方法。 41.前記ポリマーがバリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、 ストロンチウムイオン、ホウ素イオン、ベリウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン 、鉄イオン、銅イオン、コバルトイオン、鉛イオン、及び銀イオンからなる群 から選ばれたイオン架橋剤で陽イオン架橋されている請求の範囲第39項に記載 の方法。 42.前記架橋剤がバリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、ストロンチウムイオン、 及び銅イオンからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第41項に記載の方法。 43.前記ポリマーがバリウムイオンを含む架橋剤で陽イオン架橋されている請求 の範囲第39項に記載の方法。 44.前記弾性剤がナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、銀、アンモニウム、及 びリチウムからなる群から選ばれた一種以上のイオンを含む請求の範囲第39項 に記載の方法。 45.前記溶液が水性である請求の範囲第39項に記載の方法。 46.前記弾性剤の量が溶液の約0.5重量%より大きい請求の範囲第45項に記載の 方法。 47.前記弾性剤の量が溶液の約1−50重量%である請求の範囲第45項に記載の方 法。 48.前記弾性剤がノニオン性であり、かつ少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基又は アミン基を含む請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 49.前記弾性剤がグルコース、ソルビトール、クエン酸、尿素、及びグリセロー ルからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 50.前記弾性剤がソルビトール又は尿素である請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 51.前記ポリマーが多糖であり、かつ前記弾性剤がイオン性である請求の範囲第 34項に記載の方法。 52.前記溶液が水性である請求の範囲第51項に記載の方法。 53.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース、キトサン 、キチン、澱粉、デキストラン、ヘパリン、コンドロイチン、陽イオングアー 、陽イオン澱粉、又はこれらの誘導体もしくは塩である請求の範囲第52項に記 載の方法。 54.前記弾性剤がナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、銀 イオン、アンモニウムイオン、及びリチウムイオン、並びにこれらの混合物か らなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第53項に記載の方法。 55.前記ポリマーが多糖であり、かつ弾性剤がノニオン性である請求の範囲第34 項に記載の方法。 56.前記溶液が水性である請求の範囲第55項に記載の方法。 57.前記多糖がアルギン酸、ペクチン酸、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース、キトサン 、キチン、澱粉、デキストラン、ヘパリン、コンドロイチン、陽イオングアー 、陽イオン澱粉、又はこれらの誘導体もしくは塩である請求の範囲第56項に記 載の方法。 58.前記弾性剤がソルビトール、尿素、及びクエン酸からなる群から選ばれる請 求の範囲第57項に記載の方法。 59.前記ポリマーがバリウムイオン又はカルシウムイオンで架橋されたアルギン 酸又はその塩であり、前記溶液が水性であり、かつ前記弾性剤がカリウムイオ ン、ナトリウムイオン、ソルビトール、グルコース、クエン酸、マンニトール 、ダルシトール、及びグリセロールからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第34項 に記載の方法。 60.前記弾性剤が約1重量%から約50重量%までの量で溶液中に存在する請求の 範囲第59項に記載の方法。 61.ヒドロゲル組成物が無機硫酸塩、無機リン酸塩、及びマグネシウムイオンか らなる群から選ばれた崩壊剤を更に含む請求の範囲第59項に記載の方法。 62.医療装置が保持特性を有する弾性変形可能なステントであり、かつ暴露工程 で、全ステントがその溶液に暴露される請求の範囲第59項に記載の方法。 63.ヒドロゲル組成物が崩壊剤を更に含む請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 64.前記崩壊剤が無機硫酸塩、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、エチレンジアミン テトラ酢酸塩、クエン酸塩、有機リン酸塩、無機リン酸塩、リン酸、三ナトリ ウムカルボキシメチルオキシコハク酸塩、ニトリロトリ酢酸、マレイン酸、シ ュウ酸塩、ポリアクリル酸、並びにナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオン、カル シウムイオン、及びマグネシウムイオンからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第 63項に記載の方法。 65.前記ポリマーが多糖であり、かつヒドロゲル組成物が無機硫酸塩、無機リン 酸塩、又はマグネシウムイオンを更に含む請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。 66.医療装置がステント、カテーテル、カニューレ、プラグ、又はリストリクタ ーである請求の範囲第34項に記載の方法。
