Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 薬剤の単位服用量を投与するノズル組立体において、前記ノズル組立体 は前記薬剤を排出するように作動する機構を有する本体に対して着脱自在に取り 付けられ、前記ノズル組立体は、前記薬剤の単位服用量を収容する容器と、前記 本体に対してノズル組立体を着脱自在に取り付ける手段と、前記排出機構と協働 する投与手段とを含み、この際に前記容器からの薬剤の投与はユーザによる排出 機構の作動に対応して実施される事を特徴とする薬剤の単位服用量投薬ノズル組 立体。 2. 前記本体の排出機構は、ノズル組立体の投与手段と相互作用するように 配置されたラムを含み、前記投与手段は、容器から薬剤の投与が前記ラムの運動 に応答して生じるように成されている事を特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル組 立体。 3. ノズル組立体の投与手段はラムの運動に応答して容器に穿孔する手段を 含む事を特徴とする請求項2に記載のノズル組立体。 4. ノズル組立体は、このノズル組立体が本体上に取り付けられる際にまた はその後においてラムを受けるための通路を含む事を特徴とする請求項3に記載 のノズル組立体。 5. 前記の容器はノズル組立体のチャンバの中に取り付けられたカプセルの 形を成し、また前記穿孔手段は、チャンバの外端に取り付けられた中空ニードル を含み、この際に前記カプセルはラムの作用によってチャンバの外端に向かって 移動して前記のニードルによる穿孔を生じる事を特徴とする請求項3または4に 記載のノズル組立体。 6. 本体の前記排出機構は容器内部にガスを噴入する手段を含み、またノズ ル組立体中の容器はこのノズル組立体のチャンバの中に取り付けられたカプセル の形を成し、また前記穿孔手段は前記チャンバの外端に取り付けられた第1中空 ニードルと、前記チャンバの内端部分にピストンによって担持された第2中空ニ ードルとを含み、前記カプセルは前記チャンバ内部において前記第1ニードルと 第2ニードルとの間に配置され、前記ピストンが前記ラムの作用でチャンバ内部 を移動して前記第2ニードルを第1ニードルに向かって移動させて2つのニード ルをカプセルの両端に穿孔させるように構成され、この際に本体の排出機構から きた投与ガスが第2ニードルを通してカプセルの中に噴入され、噴入されたガス の作用で薬剤が第1ニードルを通してカプセルから投与される事を特徴とする請 求項3または4のいずれかに記載のノズル組立体。 7. 前記第1ニードルはノズル組立体の排出口の上流の渦チャンバの中に延 びている事を特徴とする請求項6に記載のノズル組立体。 8. ノズル組立体を本体に着脱自在に取り付ける手段は本体の開口の中に挿 入可能のノズル組立体の突出管状部分を含み、前記の管状部分は本体のロック手 段と着脱自在に係合するロック部分を含む事を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいず れかに記載のノズル組立体。 9. 前記管状部分は排出機構のラムを受ける通路を含む事を特徴とする請求 項4に従属した請求項8に記載のノズル組立体。 10. 前記ノズル組立体は、薬剤を投与するその外端部が体腔の中に挿入さ れるサイズを有する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のノズル組 立体。 11. ノズル組立体の外端部分が鼻腔の中に挿入されるサイズを有する事を 特徴とする請求項10に記載のノズル組立体。 12. 薬剤の単位服用量を投与するためのノズル組立体において、前記ノズ ル組立体は本体に対して着脱自在に取り付けられ、前記本体は空気噴入によって 前記薬剤の排出を実施するように作動する機構を有し、前記ノズル組立体は前記 薬剤の単位服用量を収容するカプセルを含み、前記カプセルはその両端の外側中 空ニードルおよび内側中空ニードルの間に取り付けられ、前記内側ニードルはラ ムの作用で外側ニードルに向かって移動可能であってカプセルを穿孔し、このよ うにして前記内側ニードルを通してカプセルの中に本体の排出機構から空気を噴 入する事によって薬剤の投与が実施され、前記薬剤は外側ニードルを通してカプ セルから排出される事を特徴とするノズル組立体。 13. 前記ノズル組立体から前記薬剤の排出を実施する機構と、ノズル組立 体を前記本体に対して着脱自在に保持するため前記ノズル組立体の取付け手段と 協働する手段と、排出を実施するためユーザによって作動される作動手段とを含 む事を特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のノズル組立体と共に使用 される本体。 14. 前記排出手段は前記ノズル組立体と協働するラムを含む事を特徴とす る請求項13に記載の本体。 15. 前記本体は前記ノズル組立体から前記薬剤の排出を実施する機構と、 ノズル組立体を前記本体に対して着脱自在に保持するため前記ノズル組立体の取 付け手段と協働する手段と、排出を実施するためユーザによって作動される作動 手段とを含み、この際に前記排出機構は、前記第1および第2ニードルによって カプセルに穿孔するために前記ノズル組立体と協働するラムを含み、さらに前記 排出機構は前記第2ニードルを通してカプセルの中に空気を噴入して前記第1ニ ードルを通して前記薬剤を排出するための手段を含む事を特徴とする請求項6ま たは7のいずれかに記載のノズル組立体と共に使用される本体。 16. 前記ラムは、カプセルの中に空気を噴入するため第2ニードルと連通 した空気通路を含む事を特徴とする請求項第15に記載の本体。 17. 前記空気噴入手段は、ユーザによる前記作動手段の作動に際して前記 ラムの空気通路を通してカプセルの中に空気を噴入するために弾発されたエアピ ストンを含む事を特徴とする請求項16に記載の本体。 18. 前記作動手段は最初はバネエネルギーによってエアピストンの駆動バ ネに負荷を加え次に前記バネエネルギーを解除してエアピストンを駆動し空気を 噴入するように作動する事を特徴とする請求項17に記載の本体。 19. 前記ノズル組立体を着脱自在に保持する手段は、前記ノズル組立体を 支承しノズル組立体を本体に取付ける際にノズル組立体によって移動させられこ の移動がエアピストンの駆動バネにバネエネルギーを装荷するのに役立つように 成されたノズル組立体支承手段と、前記駆動バネをその負荷状態に保持しユーザ による前記作動手段の作動に応答して解除されてエアピストンが前記駆動バネに よって駆動されて薬剤の排出を成すように成された駆動バネ保持手段とを含む事 を特徴とする請求項17に記載の本体。 20. 前記支承手段はノズルの保護管状部分が本体の中に挿入される際にこ の管状部分の内端と協働するように成され、また前記支承手段は前記ノズル組立 体の管状部分の軸線方向への挿入運動の結果として本体内部で移動自在である事 を特徴とする請求項8に記載のノズル組立体と共に使用される事を特徴とする請 求項19に記載の本体。 21. 前記ノズル組立体を着脱自在に保持する手段は、排出中にノズル組立 体の解除を防止するため、ノズル組立体の管状部分を前記支承手段に対して着脱 自在にロックする手段を含む事を特徴とする請求項20に記載の本体。 22. 前記作動手段は、その最初の操作がエアピストンの駆動バネのバネエ ネルギーの解除に先だってラムを移動させてカプセルの穿孔を生じるように、ラ ムに対して連結されている事を特徴とする請求項17に記載の本体。 23. 作動手段の動作に際してのバネエネルギーの解除がラムの駆動運動を も生じてカプセルの穿孔を実施するように、ラムがエアピストンの駆動バネの作 用を受ける事を特徴とする請求項17に記載の本体。 24. 前記本体はユーザの手の中に保持される事ができ、また前記作動手段 はユーザの同一の手の指によって作動される少なくとも1つの作動部材を含む事 を特徴とする請求項13乃至23のいずれかに記載の本体。 25. 請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のノズル組立体と、請求項13乃 至24のいずれかに記載の本体とを含み、前記ノズル組立体は本体の排出構造と 協働するように本体に対して取付け可能である事を特徴とする薬剤の単位服用量 投薬装置。 26. 薬剤の単位服用量を収容する容器を含むノズル組立体と、前記ノズル 組立体が着脱自在に取付けられる本体とを含み、前記本体は前記ノズル組立体か ら薬剤を排出するように作動する機構と、排出を実施するためにユーザによって 作動される作動手段とを含み、前記ノズル組立体は使用後に前記本体から離脱さ れて他の同様のノズル組立体によって交換されてノズル組立体から薬剤の単位服 用量を投与する事のできる薬剤の単位服用量投薬装置。 27. 前記排出機構は、薬剤の排出を生じるため空気を容器の中に噴入する ように作動するバネ弾発されたエアピストンを含む事を特徴とする請求項26に 記載の装置。 28. 前記エアピストンの駆動バネは本体上のノズル組立体の設置作用によ ってバネエネルギーを装荷され、次に前記駆動バネは、ユーザがバネエネルギー を解除して排出を実施するため作動手段を作動するまでコッキングされた状態に 保持される事を特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
