Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 生物学的試料中の検体を計測するためのセンサであって、膜(21)によ って覆われた又はこの膜を含む計測面を有し、計測されるべき検体は前記計測 面に向かって前記膜を透過し、この膜(21)は、前記試料に面する表面(2 6)上に遊離基(28、29)を備えている、前記センサにおいて、 親水性成分の鎖(30)が前記表面(26)上の前記遊離基(28)に化学 的に結合されるように前記親水性成分を前記表面(26)上に固定することに よって前記表面(26)を改質し、かくして前記表面(26)の親水性をその 未改質状態に対して高めた、ことを特徴とするセンサ。 2. 前記膜(21)は、一方の表面(26)から他方の表面まで延在する小孔 (25)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ(1)。 3. 前記膜(21)は二層又は多層の膜であり、前記試料に面した膜層(24 )は、層の一方の表面(26)から層の反対側の表面(27)まで延在する小 孔(25)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサ(1)。 4. 前記親水性成分の鎖は、前記膜(24)の前記小孔(25)に入り込んで おり、前記小孔(25)の表面上の前記遊離基(28)に結合されている、こ とを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のセンサ(1)。 5. 前記試料に面した前記膜層(24)は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含 む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のセンサ( 1)。 6. 前記親水性成分は、ポリエチレングリコールである、ことを特徴とする請 求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のセンサ(1)。 7. ポリエチレングリコールからなる鎖(30)は、前記膜層(24)の−C OOH遊離基(28)に結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の センサ(1)。 8. センサ(1)で使用するための、遊離基(28、29)を備えた表面(2 6)を持つ膜(21)において、 親水性成分の鎖(30)が前記表面(26)上の前記遊離基(28)に化学 的に結合されるように前記親水性成分を前記表面(26)上に固定することに よって前記表面(26)を改質し、かくして前記表面(26)の親水性をその 未改質状態に対して高めた、ことを特徴とするセンサ。 9. 前記膜(21)は、一方の表面(26)から他方の表面まで延在する小孔 (25)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の膜(21)。 10.前記膜(21)は二層又は多層の膜であり、前記試料に面した膜層(24) は、層の一方の表面(26)から層の反対側の表面(27)まで延在する小孔 (25)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の膜(21)。 11.前記親水性成分の鎖は、前記膜(24)の前記小孔(25)に入り込んでお り、前記小孔(25)の表面上の前記遊離基(28)に結合されている、こと を特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の膜(21)。 12.前記試料に面した前記膜層(24)は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む 、ことを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の膜(21 )。 13.前記親水性成分は、ポリエチレングリコールである、ことを特徴とする請求 項8乃至12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の膜(21)。 14.ポリエチレングリコールからなる鎖(30)は、前記膜層(24)の−CO OH遊離基(28)に結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の 膜(21)。 15.前記膜は、主に円形の膜リング(3)によって延伸状態に保持される、こと を特徴とする請求項8乃至14のうちのいずれか一項に記載の膜(21)。 16.前記膜リング(3)は、電極(2)に取り付けられるようになった手段 (15)に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の膜(21) 。
