Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一つのカバー層(32、34)を備えた、少なくとも一つのコア 層(36)を有する、積層複合体(38)の製造方法であって、相互連結される べき前記層はストリップの形態で組み立てられ、積層ローラー(14、16、1 8)間のロール隙間の高さ(d)を調節することによって、所望の積層圧力が加 えられるように構成された、積層複合体(38)の製造方法において、 第1ロール隙間(20)から出た前記積層複合体(38)を一つの積層ローラ ー(16)に部分的に巻付け、少なくとも一つの別のロール隙間(22)に通す ことを特徴とする、積層複合体(38)の製造方法。 2. 前記積層ローラー(14、16、18)は、駆動及び/又は加熱が個々に行 われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記少なくとも一つのカバー層(32、34)は、巻付け工程中に圧力を増 大させるため、前記第1ロール隙間(20)への進入前に制動が加えられること を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4. 前記カバー層(32、34)及び/又はコア層(36)は、前記第1ロール 隙間(20)への進入前に、これらを前記積層ローラーに部分的に巻き付けるこ とによって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、又は3に記載の方法。 5. コア層(36)と少なくとも一つのカバー層(32、34)とを含む積層複 合体(38)を製造するための、積層ローラーを含む積層機構において、 少なくとも三つの積層ローラー(14、16、18)は、一つの積層ロール( 16)が二つの隣接した積層ローラー(14、18)とともに二つのロール隙間 (20、22)を形成するように、直列に配置されていることを特徴とする、積 層機構。 6. 前記三つの積層ローラー(14、16、18)は、ほぼL字形状に配置され ていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の積層機構。 7. 前記積層ローラー(14、16、18)は、これらを傾斜させることができ るように、即ち、傾けることができるように配置されていることを特徴とす る、請求項5又は6に記載の積層機構。 8. 前記積層ローラー(14、16、18)はフレーム(12)に配置され、前 記フレームは、機械フレーム(24)に取り付けられ且つスピンドル(26)を 介して傾斜させることができるように、即ち傾けることができるように構成され ていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の積層機構。 9. 前記積層ローラー(14、16、18)は、互いに傾斜させることができる ように、即ち、傾けることができるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請 求項5乃至8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積層機構。 10.積層複合体を、詳細には、金属/プラスチック/金属積層体を製造するため の、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法の使用、又は請求項5乃 至9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の積層機構の使用。
