Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 動物体内から不要な物質を粉砕除去するのに用いられるハンドピース装置 において、 ハウジングと、 上記ハウジング内に分散させた複数の圧電性結晶と、 複数の圧電性結晶内を通る本体部と、不要物質を粉砕するために動物体内に超 音波エネルギを放射するニードル手段とを備えたホーンとを有し、 上記ホーンは、 ニードル手段と本体部内に伸び、液体及び粉砕した物質を吸引するとともに、 中を液体が流れる際に複数の圧電性結晶を冷却するための内腔手段を有し、 ハンドピース装置はまた、 上記複数の圧電性結晶の少なくとも2つの間に配置されるとともに、停止中や 上記内腔手段内の液体が制限されて流れている間に上記複数の圧電性結晶から一 時的に熱を吸収し、上記内腔手段を無制限に液体が流れる間に、吸収した熱をホ ーン及び液体に伝達するヒートシンク手段を有することを特徴とするハンドピー ス装置。 2. 眼細胞の水晶体乳化に用いられるハンドピース装置において、 ハウジングと、 上記ハウジング内に分散させた複数の圧電性結晶と、 複数の圧電性結晶内を通る本体部と、眼細胞を破砕するために眼球内に超音波 エネルギを放射するニードル手段とを備えたホーンを有し、 上記ホーンは、 ニードル手段とホーン本体部内に伸び、液体及び破砕した眼細胞を吸引すると ともに、中を液体が流れる際に複数の圧電性結晶を冷却するための内腔手段を有 し、 ハンドピース装置はまた、 上記複数の圧電性結晶の少なくとも2つの間に配置されるとともに、停止中や 上記内腔手段内の液体が制限されて流れている間に上記複数の圧電性結晶から一 時的に熱を吸収し、上記内腔手段を無制限に液体が流れる間に、吸収した熱をホ ーン及び液体に伝達するヒートシンク手段を有することを特徴とするハンドピー ス装置。 3. 上記複数の圧電性結晶が円環状の3つの圧電性結晶からなるとともに、上 記ヒートシンク手段は円環状の高い金属物質を有することを特徴とする請求項2 のハンドピース装置。 4. 上記複数の圧電性結晶が4つの圧電性結晶からなるとともに、上記ヒート シンク手段は、上記複数の圧電性結晶の隣り合う対の間に配置されていることを 特徴とする請求項2のハンドピース装置。 5. 上記ヒートシンク手段と上記圧電性結晶とが円環状であることを特徴とす る請求項4のハンドピース装置。 6. ホーン本体部は中央部と後部を有し、この後部が上記複数の圧電性結晶内 を通ることを特徴とする請求項2のハンドピース装置。 7. 上記ホーン後部は、上記中央部の直径より小さな直径を有しており、上記 圧電性結晶は、後部の直径に略等しい内径と中央部の直径に略等しい外径を有し た円環状であることを特徴とする請求項6のハンドピース装置。 8. 眼細胞の水晶体乳化に用いられるハンドピースにおいて、 ホーンと、 超音波エネルギを眼細胞内に放射するニードルと、 ニードル及びホーン内に伸び、液体と破砕した眼細胞を吸引するとともに、中 を液体が流れる間ホーンを冷却するための内腔とを有し、 さらに、 上記ホーンと熱交換できるように分散され、超音波エネルギを上記ホーン内に 発生させるとともに、複数の圧電性結晶を有する圧電手段と、 上記複数の圧電性結晶の少なくとも2つの間に配置され、停止中や上記内腔及 びホーン内の液体が制限されて流れている間に上記複数の圧電性結晶から一時的 に熱を吸収するとともに、上記内腔及びホーンを無制限に液体が流れている間に 、吸収した熱を上記内腔及び液体に伝達するヒートシンク手段とを改良したハン ドピース。 9. 上記複数の圧電性結晶が円環状の3つの圧電性結晶からなるとともに、上 記ヒートシンク手段は円環状の高い金属物質を有することを特徴とする請求項8 のハンドピース装置。 10. 上記複数の圧電性結晶が4つの圧電性結晶からなるとともに、上記ヒー トシンク手段は、上記複数の圧電性結晶の隣り合う対の間に配置されていること を特徴とする請求項8のハンドピース装置。 11. 上記ヒートシンク手段と上記圧電性結晶とが円環状であることを特徴と する請求項10のハンドピース装置。 12. ホーン本体部は中央部と後部を有し、この後部が上記複数の圧電性結晶 内に伸びていることを特徴とする請求項8のハンドピース装置。 13. 上記ホーン後部は、上記中央部の直径より小さな直径を有しており、上 記圧電性結晶は、後部の直径に略等しい内径と中央部の直径に略等しい外径を有 した円環状であることを特徴とする請求項12のハンドピース装置。 14. 眼細胞の水晶体乳化に用いられるハンドピース装置において、 ハウジングと、 超音波エネルギを眼球内に放射させて眼細胞を破砕するニードル手段を有する ホーンと、 ニードル及びホーン内に伸び、液体と破砕した眼細胞を吸引するとともに、中 を液体が流れる間ホーンを冷却するための内腔と、 上記ホーンと熱交換できるように分散されるとともに、超音波エネルギを上記 ホーン内に発生させるための圧電手段と、 上記ホーン及び圧電素子と熱交換できるように分散されているとともに、停止 中や上記内腔手段及びホーン内の液体が制限されて流れている間に上記圧電手段 から一時的に熱を吸収し、上記内腔手段を無制限に液体が流れている間に、吸収 した熱を上記ホーン及び液体に伝達するヒートシンク手段とを有するハンドピー ス装置。 15. 上記圧電手段は、ハンドピース装置の長軸に沿って軸方向に配置された 複数の圧電性結晶を有することを特徴とする請求項14のハンドピース装置。 16. 上記複数の圧電性結晶が円環状の3つの圧電性結晶からなるとともに、 上記ヒートシンク手段は円環状の高い金属物質を有することを特徴とする請求項 15のハンドピース装置。 17. 上記複数の圧電性結晶が4つの圧電性結晶からなるとともに、上記ヒー トシンク手段は、上記複数の圧電性結晶の隣り合う対の間に配置されていること を特徴とする請求項15のハンドピース装置。 18. 上記ヒートシンク手段と上記圧電性結晶とが円環状であることを特徴と する請求項17のハンドピース装置。 19. ホーン本体部は中央部と後部を有し、この後部が上記複数の圧電性結晶 内を通ることを特徴とする請求項15のハンドピース装置。 20. 上記ホーン後部は、上記中央部の直径より小さな直径を有しており、上 記圧電性結晶は、後部の直径に略等しい内径と中央部の直径に略等しい外径を有 した円環状であることを特徴とする請求項19のハンドピース装置。
