Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.集積回路(1)の1つの入力端子(T)において入力電流(Ii)及び入力電圧(Vi)を 検出する回路であって、該集積回路は、前記入力端子(T)に結合された入力端及 び電圧レベル指示(Vu)を供給する出力端を有する電圧検出回路(2)と、前記入力 端子(T)に結合され入力電流(Ii)を受信する入力端及び出力電流(Iu)を供給する 出力端を有する電流ミラー(3)とを具え、前記入力端子(T)の入力電圧(Vi)が閾値 電圧(Vth)を超えるとき電流ミラー(3)が活性になり、前記入力端子(T)の入力電 圧(Vi)が閾値電圧(Vth)を超えないとき電圧レベル指示(Vu)が前記入力端子(T)の 電圧に対応する値を有することを特徴とする電流及び電圧検出回路。 2.前記電圧検出回路(2)は、前記入力端子(T)に結合された入力端を有し、前記 入力端子(T)の電圧を基準値(Vref)と比較して前記入力端子(T)の電圧(Vi)が基準 値(Vref)以下かこれを超えるかを示す電圧レベル指示(Vu)を供給する電圧比較器 を具え、前記基準値(Vref)は閾値電圧(Vth)により決まる範囲内に選択して、 前記入力端子(T)の電圧(Vi)が閾値電圧(Vth)を超えないときに前記入力端子(T) の電圧(Vi)の比較が行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流及び電圧検出 回路。 3.前記電流ミラー(3)は入力トランジスタ(T1)及び出力トランジスタ(T2)を具え 、入力トランジスタ(T1)は相互接続されたベース及びコレクタ、及び基準端子に 結合されたエミッタを有し、そのベース−エミッタ接合が閾値電圧(Vth)を与え 、出力トランジスタ(T2)は入力トランジスタ(T1)のベースに結合されたベース、 基準端子に結合されたエミッタ及び鏡影出力電流(Iu)を供給するコレクタを有す ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流及び電圧検出回路。 4.一次巻線(Wp)及び他の巻線(Wf)を有する変成器(Tr)を具え、その一次巻線(Wp )と可制御スイッチングデバイス(S)の直列接続がDC入力電圧(Vdc)を受信する よう結合され、且つ 前記他の巻線(Wf)にインピーダンス(R)を経て結合された入力端子(T)を有し、 前記可制御スイッチングデバイス(S)に駆動パルスを供給する出力端を有 する集積コントローラ回路(1)を具え、該集積コントローラ回路(1)は、前記入力 端子(T)に結合された入力端及び電圧レベル指示(Vu)を供給する出力端を有する 電圧検出回路(2)と、前記入力端子(T)に結合され入力電流(Ii)を受信する入力端 及び出力電流(Iu)を供給する出力端を有する電流ミラー(3)とを具え、前記入力 端子(T)の入力電圧(Vi)が閾値電圧(Vth)を超えるとき電流ミラー(3)が活性にな り、前記入力端子(T)の入力電圧(Vi)が閾値電圧(Vth)を超えないとき電圧レベル 指示(Vu)が前記入力端子(T)の電圧(Vi)に対応する値を有することを特徴とする 電源回路。 5.前記集積コントローラ回路(1)は、更に、出力電流(Iu)を受信するよう結合さ れ、前記他の巻線(Wf)により供給される帰還電圧(Vf)を安定化するように駆動パ ルスを制御する制御回路(41)を具えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電源回路 。 6.前記集積コントローラ回路(1)は、更に、電圧レベル指示(Vu)を受信するよう 結合され、エネルギーが前記変成器(Tr)の一次巻線(Wp)から二次巻線へ転送され る限り、減磁保護信号を前記制御回路(41)に供給して前記可制御スイッチングデ バイス(S)のスイッチオンを阻止する減磁保護回路(40)を具えることを特徴とす る請求項5記載の電源回路。
