Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.製造プロセスにおいて、中空ガラス容器を製造するための機械の後方に配 置された冷却炉の出口の範囲内で、トリアルコキシシラン、ジアルコキシシラン および/またはテトラアルコキシシランもしくはその加水分解生成物および/ま たは縮合生成物を含有する、水基剤の冷間コーティング処理剤を用いて中空ガラ ス容器の被覆を行う、表面シール中空ガラスビンの製造方法において、前記の第 1層に引き続き、以下の成分: I.以下のもの: a)官能基を1つ有する、一般式: A−Si(R1)y(OR*)3-y I のアルコキシシランQモルおよび b)以下のもの: α)一般式: R2−Si(OR**)3 II のトリアルコキシシランおよび/または β)一般式: R3R4Si(OR***)2 III のジアルコキシシランおよび/または γ)一般式: Si(OR****)4 IV のテトラアルコキシシラン から選択されたアルコキシシランMモル [前記式中、 Aは、直接あるいは脂肪族または芳香族炭化水素基を介してケイ素と結合した アミノ基、アルキルアミノ基、ジアルキルアミノ基、アミド基、エポキシ基、ア クリルオキシ基、メタクリルオキシ基、シアノ基、イソシアナト基、ウレイド基 、チオシアナト基、メルカプト基、スルファン基またはハロゲン基を少なくとも 1個有する置換基を表し、 R1=メチル、エチルまたはA(前記の通り)、 y=0または1、 R*、R**、R***およびR****は、互いに無関係に1〜8個の炭素原子を有す るアルキル基、またはアルキル[(ポリ)エチレングリコール]基で置換されて いる相応するアルキル基であり、 R2、R3およびR4は、互いに無関係にアルキル基、アルケニル基、アルキニ ル基、シクロアルキル基、シクロアルケニル基またはそれぞれ最大で18個の炭 素原子を有する芳香族基あるいは一部フッ素化されたまたは過フッ素化されたお よび/またはアルキルオキシ基で、および/またはアリールオキシ基で置換され ている基である] から、モル比0≦M/Q≦20で製造された水基剤のオルガノポリシロキサン含 有組成物、 II.以下のもの: a)ロウおよび/または b)脂肪酸部分エステルおよび/または c)脂肪酸および/または d)界面活性剤 から選択されたケイ素不含の成分、 を含有する水基剤の冷間コーティング処理剤を塗布することを特徴とし、 さらに、水基剤の冷間コーティング処理剤は、0.1〜10重量%の乾燥分割合 を有し、その際、乾燥分に対して、オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物(成分I )対ケイ素不含の成分IIの重量比は、0.05:1〜20:1である ことを特徴とする、表面シール中空ガラス容器の製造方法。 2.シランI〜IVの混合物中でケイ素原子1個あたり平均して少なくとも2 .4個のアルコキシ基OR*、OR**、OR***もしくはOR****が、含有されて いる、請求項1記載の方法。 3.水基剤のオルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物を、一般式L〜IVによるシ ラン組成物と水とを混合し、かつ室温で少なくとも3時間以上放置することによ り製造する、請求項1または2記載の方法。 4. 一般式I〜IVによるシラン組成物に、使用されるアルコキシシラン1 モルあたり水0.5〜30モルを添加し、かつ反応の際に生じたアルコールを蒸 留 により除去することにより、水基剤のオルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物を製造 する、請求項1または2記載の方法。 5.式II〜IVのアルコキシシランおよび式Iの官能性アルコキシシランが 互いに0≦M/Q≦12の比である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の 方法。 6.式II〜IVのアルコキシシランおよび式Iの官能性アルコキシシランが 互いに0.02≦M/Q≦7の比である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記 載の方法。 7.式II〜IVのアルコキシシランおよび式Iの官能性アルコキシシランが 互いに0.1≦M/Q≦4の比である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載 の方法。 8.新しく製造された中空ガラス容器の表面が熱間コーティング処理を有して いる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.水性分散液としてロウを使用する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記 載の方法。 10.使用される被覆剤が、有機補助溶剤を10重量%まで含有する、請求項 1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 11.第2層のために使用される被覆剤が、0.1〜8重量%の乾燥分割合を 有する水性系である、請求 項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.乾燥分割合が、0.2〜5重量%である、請求項11記載の方法。 13.乾燥分割合が、0.5〜3重量%である、請求項11記載の方法。 14.乾燥分に対して、オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物I対ケイ素不含の 成分IIの重量比が0.05:1〜5:1である、請求項1から13までのいず れか1項記載の方法。 15.重量比が0.1:1〜2:1である、請求項14記載の方法。 16.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、第2層のために使用される被覆 剤中に最大5重量%まで含有されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項 記載の方法。 17.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、被覆剤中に0.03〜2重量% まで含有されている、請求項16記載の方法。 18.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、被覆剤中に0.05〜1重量% まで含有されている、請求項17記載の方法。 19.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、被覆剤中に0.1から1重量% より少なく含有されている、請求項18記載の方法。 20.冷間コーティング処理剤を施与する際のガラ ス表面の温度が、30〜150℃の範囲である、請求項1から19までのいずれ か1項記載の方法。 21.ガラス表面の温度が、70〜110℃の範囲である、請求項20記載の 方法。 22.第1層のために使用される冷間コーティング処理剤が、請求項1から7 までのいずれか1項の記載により特徴付けられているものと同様の水基剤のオル ガノポリシロキサン含有組成物を含有する、請求項1から21までのいずれか1 項記載の方法。 23.請求項1から22までのいずれか1項の記載により製造される中空ガラ ス容器。
