Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 起泡性ノズルを使用して液状触媒を気相重合反応器に触媒として有効な量 で送出させることを含む方法。 2. 起泡性ノズルがガス供給流れと液状触媒供給流れを有する請求項1に記載 の方法。 3. 液体流れとガス流れの流量が床の流動化特性の変化と操作上連係している 請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 流れが触媒以外の液体を更に含有する請求項2に記載の方法。 5. ガスがN2、Ar、He、CH4、C2H6、C3H8、CO2及びH2よりなる 群から選択される請求項2に記載の方法。 6. 粒子転向用ガスが触媒を反応器に低重合体密度帯域に流入させる請求項1 に記載の方法。 7. 液状触媒が多段起泡性ノズルにより供給され、それぞれのノズルが異なっ た触媒液滴寸法を送出させるように制御される請求項3に記載の方法。 8. 重合方法が再循環ラインを有し、凝縮モードで操作する請求項2に記載の 方法。 9. 液体が担持した触媒のスラリー、予備重合した触媒又は粒状物質の懸濁液 である請求項2に記載の方法。 10. 起泡性ノズル以外の方法により助触媒を反応器に供給することを更に含 む請求項1に記載の方法。 11. 触媒をガス及び液体と共に気相重合反応器に送出することからなり、該 ガス及び液体は、液体の粘度、表面張力及び密度、ガスの密度並びにそれらの相 対的流れ比が次の方程式:(ここで、 D32はオリフィスを出る液滴の直径μmであり、 ρLは液体の密度g/cm3であり、 ρAはガスの密度g/cm3であり、 ρは表面張力ダイン/cmであり、 μLは液体の粘度cP(1cP=100g/cm・s)であり、 dLはオリフィスの壁上での液体フィルムの厚みcmであり、 dAはオリフィスの中心におけるガスコア部の直径cmであり、 ALRはガス対液体の質量流量比であり、 srはガスと液体のスリップ又は速度比であり、 αはオリフィスでのガスの容積分率である) に従う所望の粒度に近似するように選択されるものである、気相重合反応器に送 出される触媒の粒度を制御する方法。
