Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 薄板を運搬する方向に動く支持台上に置かれた後部せきおよび運搬方向 で支持台に向かって鋳造スリットと境をなしている前部せきを有する薄板鋳造設 備のための鋳造ノズルにおいて、少なくとも1個の一次誘導子(21、31)お よび少なくとも1個の二次誘導子(22、32)が配置され、その際に少なくと も1個の二次誘導子(22、32)が水冷式で冷却されており、しかも鋳造スリ ットの領域(4)にまで食い込んでいることを特徴とする薄板鋳造設備のための 鋳造ノズル。 2. 二次誘導子(22、32)が複数の電気的に絶縁された部分から成り立 っていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル。 3. 後部せき(2)および前部せき(3)の間に薄板幅の方向に複数の横方 向に並んで流出開口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載 のノズル。 4. 後部せき(2)の中の二次誘導子(22)が冷却水用の流入と流出管を 有する電気的に絶縁された部分から成り、しかも流出開口を形成するために、そ の部分が燕の尻尾型か矢型か直線型に作成されていることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載のノズル。 5. 前部せき(3)の中の二次コイル(32)が冷却水用の流入と流出管を 有する電気的に絶縁されている部分から成り立っており、しかも流出開口を形成 するためにその部分が燕の尻尾型か矢型か直線型に作成されていることを特徴と する請求項3に記載のノズル。
