Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オレフィンモノマーの重合に適する混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系であ って、二座配位子構造体によって安定化されオレフィンの重合用に活性化され た第9、10、又は11族金属錯体である1種の後期遷移金属触媒系、及び後 期遷移金属触媒系、遷移金属メタロセン触媒系、又はチーグラー−ナッタ触媒 系から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の異なる触媒系を含む、混合遷移 金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 2.少なくとも1種の異なる触媒系が、二座配位子構造体によって安定化されオ レフィンの重合用に活性化された第9、10、又は11族金属錯体を含む、請 求項1の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 3.約1:1000乃至約1:1の全遷移金属の活性剤に対するモル比で活性化 された、請求項2の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 4.活性剤がアルモキサンである、請求項3の後期遷移金属触媒系。 5.活性剤がチーグラー助触媒である、請求項3の後期遷移金属触媒系。 6.活性剤が、適合性、非配位性アニオンを提供することができるイオン化、ア ニオン先駆体化合物である、請求項3の後期遷移金属触媒系。 7.非配位性アニオンが、テトラキス(ペルフルオロフェニル)硼素である、請 求項6の触媒系。 8.イオン化、アニオン先駆体化合物が、第13〜16族金属又はメタロイドの ハリド塩である、請求項6の触媒系。 9.少なくとも1種の異なる触媒系が遷移金属メタロセン触媒系を含む、請求項 1の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 10.遷移金属メタロセン触媒系が、少なくとも1つの補助的なシクロペンタジエ ニル配位子によって安定化されオレフィンの重合用に活性化された第4族金属 錯体を含む、請求項9の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 11.約1:1000乃至約1:1の全遷移金属の活性剤に対するモル比で活性化 された、請求項9の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 12.活性剤がアルモキサンである、請求項11の遷移金属触媒系。 13.活性剤が、適合性、非配位性アニオンを提供することができるイオン化、ア ニオン先駆体化合物である、請求項11の遷移金属触媒系。 14.非配位性アニオンが、テトラキス(ペルフルオロフェニル)硼素である、請 求項13の触媒系。 15.少なくとも1種の異なる触媒系が従来的チーグラー−ナッタ遷移金属触媒系 を含む、請求項1の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 16.来的チーグラー−ナッタ遷移金属触媒系が、チーグラー助触媒によってオレ フィン重合用に活性化された第4、5、又は6族金属ハリド又は金属オキシハ リドを含む、請求項15の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 17.全遷移金属の助触媒に対するモル比が約1:1000乃至約1:1である、 請求項16の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 18.固体支持体をさらに含む、請求項1の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 19.約1:120乃至約1:1の全遷移金属の活性剤に対するモル比で活性化さ れた、請求項18の混合遷移金属オレフィン重合触媒系。 20.オレフィン性不飽和モノマーを重合するための重合方法であって、エチレン 、C3〜C20α−オレフィン、C4〜C20gem−置換オレフィン、C8〜C20 芳香族置換α−オレフィン、C4〜C20環式オレフィン、C4〜C20非共役ジオ レフィン、又はC20〜C1000ビニル及びビニリデン末端マクロマーの1種以上 を請求項1の触媒系と接触させてポリマーを製造することを含む、方法。 21.連鎖移動剤が存在する、請求項20の方法。 22.連鎖移動剤が水素である、請求項21の方法。 23.連鎖移動剤がシランである、請求項20の方法。 24.前記接触が掃去剤化合物の使用をさらに含む、請求項20の重合方法。 25.掃去剤化合物が第13族有機金属化合物である、請求項24の重合方法。 26.前記接触を気相重合条件下に行なうことを含む、請求項20の重合方法。 27.反応器温度が−100℃乃至150℃であり、圧力が7000kPaまでで ある、請求項26の重合方法。 28.前記接触をスラリー重合条件下に行なうことを含む、請求項20の重合方法 。 29.反応器温度が0℃乃至120℃であり、圧力が0.76MPa乃至4.8MP aである、請求項28の重合方法。 30.前記接触を溶液、塊状、又は超臨界重合条件下に行なうことを含む、請求項 20の重合方法。 31.反応器温度が−20℃乃至220℃であり、圧力が1mmHg乃至2500 バールである、請求項30の重合方法。 32.連続する複数の反応器中で行われる、請求項20の重合方法。 33.異なる触媒系からの生成物の重量平均分子量より約1.5乃至10倍大きい重 量平均分子量を有するポリマーを後期遷移金属触媒系から製造するように使用 される、請求項20の重合方法。 34.異なる触媒系からの生成物の重量平均分子量より約0.5乃至1.75倍大き い重量平均分子量を有するポリマーを後期遷移金属触媒系から製造するように 使用される、請求項20の重合方法。
