Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.NOxを吸着するための貯蔵材料(8)を有し、その際該貯蔵材料(8) がセンサの感応性素子を形成すること特徴とする、NOx触媒を監視するセンサ 。 2.センサが、吸着されたNOx量に伴い変化する電気的又は電磁気的特性に 応答する、請求項1記載のセンサ。 3.電気的特性が誘電損率である、請求項2記載のセンサ。 4.センサがコンデンサとして構成されている、請求項3記載のセンサ。 5.電磁気特性が誘電損率、透磁性又は磁気損率である、請求項2記載のセン サ。 6.センサが共振器、中空共振器又充填された導波体として構成されている、 請求項2記載のセンサ。 7.電磁特性が電磁線の吸収である、請求項2記載のセンサ。 8.センサが触媒内に組み込まれている、請求項1記載のセンサ。 9.感応性素子がアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類金属及び/又は貴 金属を含有する、請求項1記載のセンサ。
