Abstract
【解決手段】固体撮像素子保持枠12の先寄りの部分に筒状の先端筒状部12aを形成して、先端筒状部12aにはカバーガラス15の軸線方向での位置決めをするための位置決め手段を形成せずに、カバーガラス15が気密に固着されたカバーガラス保持枠17又はカバーガラス15を、固体撮像素子保持枠12の先端筒状部12aの内周部に嵌挿した状態で適宜の位置において気密に固着した。

Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施例の電子内視鏡用撮像ユニット10の側面断面図、図2は正面断面図(図1におけるII−II断面図)であり、矩形状に形成された固体撮像素子11の前面側の中央寄りの位置には、その外縁より小さな矩形状の撮像面11aが配置されている。

Claims (3)
- 撮像面が配置されている前面の外縁部分付近からその外側に向かってボンディングワイヤが配置された固体撮像素子が固体撮像素子保持枠内に保持されて、上記固体撮像素子の前面部分を外部から封止する透明なカバーガラスが、上記固体撮像素子保持枠の先端部分に気密に取り付けられた構成の電子内視鏡用撮像ユニットにおいて、
上記固体撮像素子保持枠の先寄りの部分に筒状の先端筒状部を形成して、上記先端筒状部には上記カバーガラスの軸線方向での位置決めをするための位置決め手段を形成せずに、上記カバーガラスが気密に固着されたカバーガラス保持枠又は上記カバーガラスを、上記固体撮像素子保持枠の先端筒状部の内周部に嵌挿した状態で適宜の位置において気密に固着したことを特徴とする電子内視鏡用撮像ユニット。 - 上記カバーガラスが上記固体撮像素子保持枠の先端筒状部の内周面に直接接合されている請求項1記載の電子内視鏡用撮像ユニット。
- 上記カバーガラスが上記カバーガラス保持枠に気密に接合され、上記カバーガラス保持枠が上記固体撮像素子保持枠の先端筒状部の内周面に気密に接合されている請求項1記載の電子内視鏡用撮像ユニット。
