Abstract

【課題】ポリスルホン半透膜の生産のためのポリスルホン組成物及び簡易な方法であって、その組成物及び方法が、毒性のある無駄な副産物を最小にするものを提供すること、ならびに、ポリスルホン半透膜生産のためのポリスルホン組成物及び簡易な方法であって、膜の製造において用いられる溶媒、非溶媒及び加工のための助剤が、成形後に膜から容易に除去され、及び/又は比較的毒性が低いものを提供すること。
【解決手段】本願明細書に記載されるような、溶融紡糸ポリスルホン半透膜及びその製造方法。

Description

図1は、本発明に従った均一なポリスルホン中空糸(代表的な膜の形態として)を形成するためのプロセスの、好ましい実施態様を表したものである。 図2は、本発明に従った均一なポリスルホン中空糸を形成するための、代替のプロセスを表したものである。 図3は、本発明に従った代表的な溶融紡糸組成物中に配合される、ポリスルホン化合物、溶媒、及び非溶媒の割合を表した3成分図である。 図4は、本発明に従った代表的な均一なポリスルホン中空糸の、走査型電子顕微鏡写真である。 図5は、本発明の均一なポリスルホン中空糸膜を含む血液透析器の概略図である。
