Description

開始剤
ナノケイ酸塩粒子のMT−ST(球状粒子)およびIPA−ST−UP(細長い粒子)をNissan Chemical American Corporationから得た。これらの粒子を本発明の例示において使用した。それらの性質およびそれらの懸濁物の性質を下記の表1に示す。

Claims (29)
- a)i)反応性の有機基をその表面に有する反応性ナノ粒子、
ii)少なくとも1種の溶媒、
iii)場合によって、少なくとも1つの重合可能な基を有し、混合物の重合後にナノ構造および/またはナノポーラス表面の形成を可能にする最低限の量の化合物
を含む混合物を基材に塗布するステップと、
b)前記混合物を前記基材上で重合するステップと
を含む、表面ナノ構造化されたおよび/またはナノポーラスのコーティングまたはフィルムの作製方法。 - 少なくとも1つの重合可能な基を有する化合物を含む混合物が、前記混合物が透明基材の片側において100〜200nmの厚さでコーティングとして塗布された後、コーティングを有さない同じ基材と比較して、400〜800nmのスペクトルにおける少なくとも1つの波長について透過率を少なくとも0.5%増大させる量で使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ナノ粒子が酸化物粒子である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が酸化ケイ素または酸化ジルコニウムの粒子である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ナノ粒子が細長い、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ナノ粒子が5よりも大きいアスペクト比を有する、請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ナノ粒子が350nm未満の長さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの重合可能な基を有する前記化合物がアクリレートである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの重合可能な基を有する前記化合物が2つ以上の重合可能な基を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記重合が、紫外線を当てることで行われる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項で定義される混合物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることができるナノ構造化されたおよび/またはナノポーラスの表面を有するコーティング。

- 透過率を少なくとも1%(好ましくは少なくとも2%)増大させる、請求項15に記載のコーティング。
- 60°未満(より好ましくは40°未満)の静的水接触角を示す、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング。
- 90°超(より好ましくは120°超)の静的水接触角を示す、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング。
- 90°超(より好ましくは120°超、最も好ましくは140°超)の接触角を示す、請求項18に記載のコーティング。
- 反応性ナノ粒子と、溶媒と、少なくとも1つの重合可能な基を有する化合物とを含む混合物から作製され、少なくとも1つの重合可能な基を有する前記化合物の体積分率が1−前記反応性ナノ粒子のランダム最密充填体積分率よりも小さいコーティング。
- 請求項12〜20のいずれか一項に記載のコーティングの反射防止膜としての使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載される方法によって得ることができるコーティングの膜としての使用。
