Claims (18)
- 段階的な分子量分布を有する生体吸収性の移植可能な基体を製造する方法であって、
移植可能な基体を提供するステップと、
前記移植可能な基体の少なくとも一部分を電子ビーム照射に曝露させることによって前記移植可能な基体の前記部分の分子量分布を変化させるステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記移植可能な基体の表面全体を電子ビーム照射に曝露させることによって、前記移植可能な基体の前記表面全体の分子量分布を変化させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記移植可能な基体が、0.1〜10MeVの強度を有する0.1〜100秒間の電子ビーム照射の線量に1回以上曝露され、前記電子ビーム照射が前記移植可能な基体の表面から0.1〜40mm浸透する、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移植可能な基体が1回以上の電子ビーム照射の線量に曝露され、各回の電子ビーム照射の線量が異なる強度である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 各回の電子ビーム照射の線量が前記移植可能な基体に異なる深度まで浸透する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 生体吸収性の移植可能な基体の少なくとも一部分の生体吸収速度を変更する方法であって、前記部分を電子ビーム照射に曝露させるステップを備える方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られる生体吸収性の移植可能な基体。
- 厚さの少なくとも一部分にわたって段階的な分子量分布を有する生体吸収性ポリマを含む生体吸収性の移植可能な基体。
- インプラントの前記生体吸収速度が所定である、請求項7または8のいずれか一項に記載の基体。
- 前記移植可能な基体の厚さ全体にわたって段階的な分子量分布を有する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の基体。
- 外面およびコアを有し、前記移植可能な基体の分子量分布が外面よりコアで大きく、かつコアの生体吸収速度が外面の生体吸収速度より低い、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の基体。
- 前記生体吸収性の移植可能な基体の外面およびコアが同一材料から形成される、請求項11に記載の基体。
- ポリグリコリド(PGA)、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリラクチド(PLA)、ポリ(ジオキサノン)(PDO)、ポリ(グリコリドコトリメチレンカーボネート)(PGA‐TMC)、ポリ無水物、ポリ(プロピレンフマレート)、ポリウレタン、それらのコポリマ、またはそれらの組合せから形成される、請求項7〜12のいずれか一項に記載の基体。
- 干渉スクリュー、スーチャーアンカ、生体吸収性ポリマ複合材料、または組織再生および成長用の生体吸収性足場の形態を取る、請求項7〜13のいずれか一項に記載の基体。
- 請求項7〜14のいずれか一項に記載の基体を人体または動物の体内に埋め込むステップを備える、硬組織または軟組織の疾患または損傷の治療の方法。
- 前記疾患が、骨または関節リウマチ、骨粗しょう症、炎症性、腫瘍性、外傷性、または感染性組織状態、軟骨形成不全を特徴とする症候群、軟骨損傷、骨折、靭帯裂傷、ヘルニア、滑膜炎、全身性エリテマトーデス、または外科手術中に被る創傷である、請求項15に記載の治療の方法。
- 請求項7〜15のいずれか一項に記載の治療用途のための基体。
- 人体または動物体の硬組織または軟組織の疾患または損傷の修復または治療用の医薬品の製造における、請求項7〜14のいずれか一項に記載の基体の使用。
