Claims (20)
- 曝気領域にある流体の吸着剤に浸漬された1個以上の平板状通気器(16)を備えた曝気領域を有することを特徴とする燃焼排ガス浄化設備(10)の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記曝気領域が、前記燃焼排ガス浄化設備(10)の液溜め(18)と流体を通じて接続する曝気槽(14)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記曝気槽(14)が、吸着装置の後続側に設置された後曝気槽であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)が、前記曝気領域全域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記吸着剤の循環設備を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)及び前記循環設備が、一体形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)が、格子部(34)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)が、略皿型であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)が、略楕円形であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)が、穿孔された膜を備えることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)の膜が、交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記平板状通気器(16)の膜が、酸化剤を通す微細孔を有することを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記膜の微細孔の平均直径が、約0.1〜1.5mm、好ましくは約0.25〜0.9mm、特に好ましくは約0.4〜0.8mmであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記膜の微細孔の密度が、1cm2あたり約1〜10個であることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記膜が、前記微細孔にかえてまたは前記微細孔に加えて1つ以上の細長い孔を有することを特徴とする請求項12ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 前記膜が、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー製であることを特徴とする請求項10ないし15のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)。
- 曝気装置(12)の曝気領域に備えられた海水である液体の吸着剤に、前記吸着剤に浸漬された請求項7ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の平板状通気器(16)にて、ガス状酸化剤を供給する際に、平均直径が約1.5mm以下、好ましくは約1.0mm以下、特に好ましくは約0.7mm以下である前記酸化剤を含有した気泡を、前記吸着剤中に形成させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置(12)の前記吸着剤の曝気方法。
- 前記気泡が、前記平板状通気器(16)の細長い孔により生成され、前記気泡が前記吸着剤の循環を引き起こすことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の曝気方法。
- 前記細長い孔で形成された気泡が、曝気槽(14)の前記吸着剤の流れを引き起こすことを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載の曝気方法。
- 酸素、空気、または酸素を含有するか若しくは吸着剤中に導入したときに酸素を放出するガス若しくはガス混合物が、前記酸化剤として使用されることを特徴とする請求項17ないし19のいずれか1項に記載の曝気方法。
