Abstract
【解決手段】回転体14の外周部に円周方向等間隔でグリッパ6が設けられ、樹脂製ボトル8のネック部8aを保持して搬送する。回転体14に対してグリッパ6を回転させる回転手段(52、58、62)と、電子線照射装置の照射面12aとの距離を一定に保つ進退動手段(18、50)を備えている。電子線の照射区間Aで、回転手段によってグリッパ6を回転させることにより、角形の樹脂製ボトル8の一つの面を直線上の照射面12aと平行な状態を維持して移動させる。

Claims (3)
- 回転体の外周に設けられて容器を保持するグリッパと、前記回転体を回転させる駆動手段と、平面状の照射面を有し、前記グリッパによって保持されて搬送される容器に電子線を照射する電子線照射手段と、前記グリッパを回転体に対して回転させる回転手段とを備え、
前記照射面から電子線を照射する照射区間に、この照射面と前記容器の被照射面とが一定の方向で対向するように、前記グリッパを回転させる領域を形成したことを特徴とする容器殺菌装置。 - 前記グリッパを照射面に対して進退動させる進退動手段を設け、前記照射区間では、照射面と容器の被照射面との距離をほぼ一定に維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器殺菌装置。
- 前記照射区間で、前記グリッパをほぼ180度回転させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の容器殺菌装置。
