Abstract
【解決手段】熱間圧延後のアルミニウム条材を第1冷間圧延し、製品幅の2倍以上の幅を有する広幅条材を得、その後、条材をその長手方向に切断して幅方向に複数個の小幅条材に分割し、更に分割後の小幅条材を第2冷間圧延する。その後、トリミング及び矯正を行う。

Claims (2)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる鋳塊を均質化熱処理する均質化熱処理工程と、前記均質化熱処理された鋳塊を熱間圧延する熱間圧延工程と、前記熱間圧延された圧延板を冷間圧延して製品幅の2倍以上の幅を有する広幅条材を得る1又は複数パスの第1冷間圧延工程と、前記冷間圧延後の広幅条材をその幅方向に複数個になるように分割して小幅条材を得る分割工程と、前記各小幅条材を冷間圧延する1又は複数パスの第2冷間圧延工程と、前記第2冷間圧延後の小幅条材を矯正処理、トリミング、巻取りの順に順次実施する最終工程と、を有し、前記熱間圧延後第1冷間圧延前の幅方向のクラウン値が、絶対値で1.5%以下であることを特徴とする平面性が優れたアルミニウム条材の製造方法。
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる鋳塊を均質化熱処理する均質化熱処理工程と、前記均質化熱処理された鋳塊を熱間圧延する熱間圧延工程と、前記熱間圧延された圧延板を冷間圧延して製品幅の2倍以上の幅を有する広幅条材を得る1又は複数パスの第1冷間圧延工程と、前記冷間圧延後の広幅条材をその幅方向に複数個になるように分割して小幅条材を得る分割工程と、前記各小幅条材を冷間圧延する1又は複数パスの第2冷間圧延工程と、前記第2冷間圧延後の小幅条材をトリミング、矯正処理、巻取りの順に順次実施する最終工程と、を有し、前記熱間圧延後第1冷間圧延前の幅方向のクラウン値が、絶対値で1.5%以下であることを特徴とする平面性が優れたアルミニウム条材の製造方法。
