Abstract

Claims (2)
- 中空のエーロフォイル(12)、プラットフォーム(14)及び一体のダブテール(16)を含むタービンブレード(10)であって、
前記エーロフォイル(12)は、根元部(28)から先端部(30)まで翼弦方向に延在し且つ前縁部(24)と後縁部(26)との間で翼幅方向に延在する加圧側(20)及びその反対側の吸引側(22)を含み、
前記先端部(30)は、先端部フロア(40)から前記加圧側(20)に沿って外側へ延出する第1のリブ(36)及び前記吸引側(22)に沿って外側へ延出する第2のリブ(38)をそれぞれ含み、前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)が、前記前縁部(24)及び前記後縁部(26)において一体に接合され、
前記前縁部(24)と前記後縁部(26)との間で翼弦方向に互いに離間して配置され、前記先端部(30)を前方先端部ポケット(44)、中央先端部ポケット(44)及び後方先端部ポケット(44)に仕切る2つの前記先端部バッフル(42)を具備し、前記バッフル(42)は、並列して前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)に横方向に掛け渡され、前記バッフル(42)を越えて流れの流線(18)を連続するカスケード流れとして下流側へ横方向に順次分配し、
前記2つの先端部バッフル(42)は、前記第1のリブ(36)と接合する箇所では前記前縁部(24)に向かって前方へ凹形に湾曲するプロファイルを有し、前記第2のリブ(38)と接合する箇所では前記前縁部(24)に向かって前方へ凸形に湾曲するプロファイルを有する
