Abstract
【解決手段】ポリ塩化ビニル100質量部、可塑剤10〜20質量部、塩素化ポリエチレン1〜6質量部、MBS系樹脂1〜6質量部を含有し、且つ、前記塩素化ポリエチレンと前記MBS系樹脂の合計量が2〜7質量部とした電線被覆材料を用いて、絶縁体2の厚さが0.25mm以下となるように導体1を被覆して、電線外径が1.1mm未満の絶縁電線1を得た。

Claims (4)
- ポリ塩化ビニルを含有する電線被覆材料において、前記ポリ塩化ビニル100質量部、可塑剤10〜20質量部、塩素化ポリエチレン1〜6質量部、MBS系樹脂1〜6質量部を含有し、且つ、前記塩素化ポリエチレンと前記MBS系樹脂の合計量が2〜7質量部であることを特徴とする電線被覆材料。
- 前記可塑剤は、フタル酸エステル系可塑剤、トリメリット酸エステル系可塑剤、ピロメリット酸エステル系可塑剤、脂肪族エステル系可塑剤から選択されるいずれか1種、又は2種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線被覆材料。
- 導体が絶縁体に被覆され、電線外径が1.1mm未満である絶縁電線において、前記絶縁体の厚さが0.25mm以下であり、前記絶縁体の材料が前記請求項1又は2に記載の電線被覆材料を用いたことを特徴とする絶縁電線。
- 前記請求項3記載の絶縁電線を用いたことを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
