Abstract
Description
1種又はそれ以上のC4〜C36を有するモノカルボン酸又は相当する前駆体の第1の量xモルを選択し;
C4〜C36を有するn−塩基性ポリカルボン酸又は相当する前駆体の第2の量yモルを選択し;
Co2+源の第3の量zモルを選択し;
それにより、1.0<(x+ny)/2z<1.2及び0<x/y<1であり;かつ、
カルボン酸及びCo2+源を、100〜250℃で混合及び加熱し、それにより、揮発性反応副生成物を排除する。
合成のために使用される装置は、攪拌器、加熱手段、水冷コンデンサ、及び窒素流のための手段を備えた、2L容量の丸底ガラス反応容器を含む。以下のものを添加する:
350gのネオデカン酸;及び
590gのダイマー脂肪酸。
例1と同様の装置中に以下のものを添加した:
576gのタル油脂肪酸;及び
98gの無水マレイン酸。
40gの水。
190gの水酸化コバルト。
例1と同様の装置中に以下のものを添加した:
365gのネオデカン酸;
490gのダイマー脂肪酸;及び
15.25gの氷酢酸。
180gの水酸化コバルト。
39.40gのトリブチルオルトボラートエステル。
試験は、本発明によるポリマー中のCoの水溶解性を測定するために実施した。これらの試験は、Coのバイオアベイラビリティーのための指標として適している。
この例において、本発明によるポリマーのRAPsとしての有効性を評価し、かつ市販の生成物における有効性と比較する。
この例は、例5と同様の材料及び条件を用いて実施するが、しかしながら以下の点において異なる:
− Bekaert(登録商標)7*4*0.22ワイヤを使用する;
− 加硫温度及び時間が162℃及び15.5分である;
− RAP濃度が0.15phrCoである;
− 試験方法はASTM 2229-04による;
− 試験当たりのワイヤ数は7である;
− 老化を100℃の空気中で72時間に亘って実施する。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも3質量%のCo含量及び2000を上回る平均分子量を有する、Co−カルボキシレート配列を含むポリマー。
- さらに1個又はそれ以上のボラート基を含有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- 残留不飽和結合を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー及びゴムを含有する、未加硫エラストマー組成物。
- 1種又はそれ以上の金属部分の存在下で、請求項4に記載の組成物を加硫することによって得ることが可能なゴム−金属複合材料。
- 前記複合材料がタイヤ、ベルト又はホースである、請求項5に記載のゴム−金属複合材料。
- ゴム−金属接着促進剤としての、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマーの使用。
- 未加硫エラストマー組成物及び1種又はそれ以上の金属部分を含有する複合材料を製造するための、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマーの使用。
- 加硫ゴム−金属複合材料を製造するための、特にタイヤ、ベルト又はホースを製造するための、請求項8に記載のようにして製造された複合材料の使用。
- 以下の工程:
− 1種又はそれ以上のC4〜C36を有するモノカルボン酸又は相当する前駆体の第1の量xモルを選択し;
− C4〜C36を有するn−塩基性ポリカルボン酸又は相当する前駆体の第2の量yモルを選択し;
− Co2+源の第3の量zモルを選択し、それにより1.0<(x+ny)/2z<1.2及び0<x/y<1;であり;かつ、カルボン酸及びCo2+源を100〜250℃で混合及び加熱して、揮発性の反応副生成物を排除する、
を含む、請求項1に記載のポリマーを製造する方法。
