Abstract
Description
i)酸基を有する少なくとも1つのエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、塩基で最大40〜70mol%の中和度に中和する工程、ここで前記塩基は鉄イオンを0.0005質量%未満含み、かつ塩基輸送のために使用される導管が特殊鋼及び/又はポリマー材料製であり、
ii)中和されたモノマーを、少なくとも1つの架橋剤及び少なくとも1つの開始剤の存在下で重合させる工程、ここで前記開始剤は鉄イオンをほとんど含まず、
iii)得られるポリマーゲルを乾燥させる工程、
iv)乾燥されたポリマーゲルを微粉砕してポリマー粒子にする工程、
v)得られるポリマー粒子を分級する工程、及び
vi)分級されたポリマー粒子を表面後架橋する任意の工程、
を含む吸水ポリマー粒子の製造方法であって、
前記ポリマー粒子を、0.01〜1質量%の縮合型及び/又は加水分解性の少なくとも1つのタンニンで被覆する、
吸水ポリマー粒子製造方法により解決された。
a)酸基を有する少なくとも1つのエチレン性不飽和モノマー、ここで前記酸基は40〜70mol%中和されており、
b)少なくとも1つの架橋剤、及び
c)少なくとも1つの開始剤
d)任意で、a)で挙げたモノマーと共重合可能な1つ又は複数のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び
e)任意で、1つ又は複数の水溶性ポリマー
を含むモノマー溶液又はモノマー懸濁液の重合により製造され、当該ポリマー粒子は通常、水不溶性である。
以下の溶液を製造した:
1.ガロタンニン16.67g(タンニン酸;CAS no. [1401-55-4]; ABCR GmbH & Co. KG;ドイツ)を、広口のガラス容器に量り取り、100.02gになるまで蒸留水を注いだ。完全な溶液にするため、容器を水浴(約40℃)で軽く加熱した。
Claims (16)
- 以下の工程:
i)酸基を有する少なくとも1つのエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、塩基で最大40〜70mol%の中和度に中和する工程、ここで前記塩基は鉄イオンを0.0005質量%未満含み、かつ塩基輸送のために使用される導管が特殊鋼及び/又はポリマー材料製であり、
ii)中和されたモノマーを、少なくとも1つの架橋剤及び少なくとも1つの開始剤の存在下で重合させる工程、ここで前記開始剤は鉄イオンをほとんど含まず、
iii)得られるポリマーゲルを乾燥させる工程、
iv)乾燥されたポリマーゲルを微粉砕してポリマー粒子にする工程、
v)得られるポリマー粒子を分級する工程、及び
vi)分級されたポリマー粒子を表面後架橋する任意の工程、
を含む吸水ポリマー粒子の製造方法であって、
前記ポリマー粒子を、0.01〜1質量%の縮合型及び/又は加水分解性の少なくとも1つのタンニンで被覆する、前記製造方法。 - 前記ポリマー粒子を多価カチオンで被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー粒子を、吸水ポリマー粒子の少なくとも2つのカルボキシレート基と共有結合を形成可能な少なくとも1つの化合物により表面後架橋することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 表面後架橋されたポリマー粒子を、水溶液により後湿潤化することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー粒子を、少なくとも1つの還元剤で被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー粒子を、少なくとも1つの亜鉛塩で被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性のモノマー溶液又はモノマー懸濁液の重合によって得られる吸水ポリマー粒子であって、
以下の成分:
a)酸基を有する少なくとも1つのエチレン性不飽和モノマー、ここで前記酸基は40〜70mol%中和されており、
b)少なくとも1つの架橋剤、及び
c)少なくとも1つの開始剤
を含み、ここで前記ポリマー粒子は鉄イオンを0.001質量%未満含み、かつ前記ポリマー粒子は0.01〜1質量%の縮合型及び/又は加水分解性の少なくとも1つのタンニンで被覆されており、ここで鉄イオン対縮合型及び/又は加水分解性タンニンの質量比が0.02未満である、前記吸水ポリマー粒子。 - 前記ポリマー粒子を多価カチオンで被覆したことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子を、吸水ポリマー粒子の少なくとも2つのカルボキシレート基と共有結合を形成可能な化合物により表面後架橋したことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子の少なくとも95%が、150〜600μmの粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子が1〜10質量%の湿分を有することを特徴とする、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子を少なくとも1つの還元剤で被覆したことを特徴とする、請求項7から11までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子を少なくとも1つの亜鉛塩で被覆したことを特徴とする、請求項7から12までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子が、15〜60g/gの遠心保持容量を有することを特徴とする、請求項7から13までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 前記ポリマー粒子が49.2g/cm2の圧力下で、15〜35g/gの吸収力を有することを特徴とする、請求項7から14までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 請求項7から15までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子を含む、衛生用品。
