Claims (24)
- 金属シートと、前記金属シートの少なくとも1つの主表面に熱接合された2軸配向ポリマーフィルムとを含み、前記ポリマーフィルムが、1以上のポリエステル材料及びその中に配置された複数の金属フレークを含む、金属シートに隣接する第1の層と、1つ以上の結晶性ポリエステル系ポリマーの大部分(重量基準)を含む第2の層とを含む物品。

- 前記第1又は第2の層の少なくとも1つが、1つ以上のポリアミド材料を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 第1の層の厚さがフィルム全厚の約5%〜約40%の範囲であり、第2の層の厚さがフィルム全厚の約20%〜95%の範囲であり、及び存在する場合、任意の表面層の厚さがフィルム全厚の約40%以下である、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 1つ以上のポリエステル材料及びその中に配置された複数の金属フレークを含む第1の層の組成物を提供する工程と、
1つ以上の結晶性ポリエステル系ポリマーの大部分(重量基準)を含む第2の層の組成物を提供する工程と、
前記第1及び第2の層の組成物を押出成形及び流延させてフィルムを形成する工程と、次いで、
流延フィルムを2軸延伸して、多層2軸配向フィルムを形成する工程と、を含む方法。 - 1つ以上のポリエステル材料及びその中に配置された複数の金属フレークを含む第1の層と、
1つ以上の結晶性ポリエステル系ポリマーの大部分(重量基準)を含む第2の層と、
任意の表面層と、を含み、
前記第1の層の厚さがフィルム全厚の約5%〜約40%の範囲であり、前記第2の層の厚さがフィルム全厚の約20%〜95%の範囲であり、及び存在する場合、前記任意の表面層の厚さがフィルム全厚の約40%以下である、フィルム。 - 少なくとも第1の層の粘着温度に金属シートを加熱する工程と、
加圧下で前記フィルムを前記金属シートに積層させる工程と、
フィルムが熱接合された金属シートを前記第1の層の粘着温度よりも少なくとも30℃低い温度に急冷する工程とを含む、金属シートに請求項1に記載のフィルムを付着させる方法。 - 金属シートと、前記金属シートの少なくとも1つの主表面に熱接合された2軸配向ポリマーフィルムとを含み、前記ポリマーフィルムが、1以上の非晶質ポリエステル材料を含む、金属シートに隣接する第1の層と、1つ以上の結晶性ポリエステル系ポリマーの大部分(重量基準)、及び乳白する量の二酸化チタン充填剤を有する第2の層とを含む物品。
- 金属シートと、前記金属シートの少なくとも1つの主表面に熱接合された2軸配向ポリマーフィルムとを含み、前記ポリマーフィルムが、1以上の非晶質ポリエステル材料を含む、金属シートに隣接する第1の層と、1つ以上の結晶性ポリエステル系ポリマーの大部分(重量基準)を含む第2の層とを含み、前記ポリマーフィルムが、脱酸素材料を更に含む物品。
