Description
本願は、2012年1月13日に出願された米国仮特許出願番号61/586,201の利益および優先権を主張する。この米国仮特許出願の全内容は、本明細書中に参考として援用される。
(技術分野)
本開示は一般に、特定回数使用可能または再使用可能な外科手術器具の分野に関する。特に、本開示は、クリーンな、無菌の、または一新された表面を使用の場合ごとに提供するための、分離可能かつ交換可能な構成要素を有する器具に関する。
1つの型の外科手術デバイスは、直線状のクランプし、切断し、そしてステープル留めするデバイスである。このようなデバイスは、外科手術手順において、がん性組織または異常組織を胃腸管から切除するために使用され得る。従来の直線状のクランプし、切断し、そしてステープル留めする器具は、細長いシャフトおよび遠位部分を有する、ピストルグリップ様式の構造体を備える。この遠位部分は、1対の鋏様式の把持要素を備え、これらの把持要素は、結腸の開いた端部を閉じるようにクランプする。このデバイスにおいて、この2つの鋏様式の把持要素のうちの一方(例えば、アンビル部分)は、構造体全体に対して移動または旋回し、一方で、他方の把持要素は、構造体全体に対して固定されたままである。この鋏運動するデバイスの起動(アンビル部分の旋回)は、このハンドルに維持された把持トリガによって、制御される。

前記下外側ハウジング半体が、該下外側ハウジング半体に蝶番式に接続された器具シェルカバーを備え、該器具シェルカバーは、前記器具モジュールが前記外側ハウジングシェルの前記空洞に挿入された後に、適所に回動するように構成されている、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の外科手術器具。

- 空洞を規定する外側ハウジングシェルであって、該外側ハウジングシェルは、上外側ハウジング半体および下外側ハウジング半体を規定し、該上外側ハウジング半体は、長手方向軸を規定する、外側ハウジングシェル;ならびに
該外側ハウジングシェルの該空洞に選択的に挿入可能な器具モジュール
を備え、該器具モジュールは:
内側ハウジングシェル;
該内側ハウジングシェル内に配置された少なくとも1つのモータであって、該少なくとも1つのモータは、運転回転軸を規定する駆動シャフトを備える、少なくとも1つのモータ;
制御基板であって、該内側ハウジング内に配置され、そして該少なくとも1つのモータと電気通信している、制御基板;および
エネルギー源であって、該内側ハウジング内に配置され、そして少なくとも1つのモータおよび該制御基板と電気通信している、エネルギー源;
を備え、該器具モジュールは、該少なくとも1つのモータの該運転軸が該上外側ハウジング半体の該長手方向軸に対して実質的に平行になるような様式で、該外側ハウジングシェルの該空洞に挿入される、
