Abstract

Claims (15)
- 対象体(8)の光音響撮像のための手持ち式装置(10)であって,
前記対象体(8)を電磁放射(5,20),特に光で照射する照射ユニット(2b,16)と,
電磁放射(5,20)で照射したとき,前記対象体(8)内に発生する音響波,特に超音波を検出する,検出器素子の配列を有する検出器ユニット(1a,14)とを備え,
前記照射ユニット(2b,16)及び前記検出器素子の配列が設けられる陥凹部(6,12)であって,前記検出器素子の少なくとも一部の面法線(21)が前記対象体(8)の上又は内部の関心領域に向けられるように,前記検出器素子が配置される陥凹部を特徴とする,手持ち式装置。 - 前記照射ユニット(16)及び前記検出器ユニット(14)と共に前記陥凹部(12)が設けられた容器(11)と,
キャリア(22)であって,特に画像を前記対象体(8)から取得するとき,前記容器(11)が,前記対象体(6)に向かって,及び/又は前記対象体(8)から遠ざかるように移動できるように,前記キャリアの上又は中に移動可能に取り付けられ,前記関心領域及び/又は前記対象体(8)の照射された領域の位置を変えることができる,キャリアと,を備える,請求項1に記載の手持ち式装置。 - 前記陥凹部(6,12)にカバーエレメント(4,18)が設けられ,特に該カバーエレメントで密閉されて,前記陥凹部(6,12)が前記カバーエレメント(4,18)と共に空洞を構成し,該空洞が結合媒質,特に水を収容する,請求項1又は2に記載の手持ち式装置。

- 前記カバーエレメント(4,18)の少なくとも一部が凸状,特にクッション様の形状をしている,請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式装置。

- 前記検出器素子の配列(1a,14)は検出器素子の湾曲した配列である,請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式装置。
- 前記陥凹部(12)は,少なくとも一つの湾曲した,特に凹状の面(17)を有するか,及び/又は少なくとも一つの湾曲した,特に凹状の面で構成されている,請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式装置。
- 検出器素子の前記湾曲した配列(14)は,前記陥凹部(12)の前記湾曲した面(17)に設けられるか,及び/又は前記陥凹部(12)の前記湾曲した面(17)の一部を成す,請求項9及び10に記載の手持ち式装置。
- 前記照射ユニット(16)は,前記陥凹部(12)の前記湾曲した面(17)に設けられる,請求項10又は11に記載の手持ち式装置。
- 前記陥凹部(12)の前記湾曲した面(17)の少なくとも一部は,前記検出器素子の配列(14)に向かう,前記陥凹部(12)の前記湾曲した面(17)に入射する音響波の反射が減少又は避けられるように設計,特に形成される,請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式装置。
- 前記検出器素子の配列(14)の形状,特に曲率,及び/又はサイズ,及び/又は撮像範囲角度は,前記対象体(8)のサイズ及び/又は前記対象体(8)の前記関心領域に依存する,請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式装置。
- 対象体(8)の光音響撮像の方法であって,
照射ユニット(2b,16)によって,前記対象体(8)を電磁放射(5,20),特に光で照射するステップと,
電磁放射(5,20)で照射したとき,前記対象体(8)内に発生する音響波,特に超音波を検出器素子の配列(1a,14)で検出するステップと,を有し,
前記照射ユニット(2b,16)及び前記検出器素子の配列(1a,14)が陥凹部(6,12)に設けられ,前記検出器素子の少なくとも一部の面法線(21)が前記対象体(8)の上又は内部の関心領域に向けられるように,前記検出器素子が前記陥凹部(6,12)に配置される,方法。
