Abstract
Description
− 接着が、熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素を第1の温度(T1)に曝すことにより引き起こされ、この第1の温度では、両方の熱活性化性接着剤が同時に熱活性化され、
− 再剥離が、接着部位(つまり、特に熱活性化接着された平たい要素)を第2の温度(T2)に曝すことにより引き起こされ、この第2の温度では、所定の条件下で、熱活性化性平たい要素の熱活性化性層の一方(以下に、単に言語上の区別のため「第1の熱活性化性接着剤」という)だけが、接着複合体内での接着作用を、接着複合体が分離する程度に失うことを特徴とする方法によって解決される。
・この平たい要素が接着接合部に施され、
・接着接合部が加圧され、この圧力が、少なくとも1つのプレス工具が交流磁場生成装置を内包しているプレス装置によりもたらされ、
・平たい要素が誘導により、両方の接着剤系が活性化される温度に加熱される、接着結合を生成するための方法が含まれている。
・両方の熱活性化性接着剤の付着性および/または凝集性を低下させるのに必要な温度の低い方を著しくは超えないことを特徴とする、特に前述の接着結合を生成するための方法の後に接着結合を剥離するための方法が含まれている。
− 1〜200kHzの間の周波数を使用する。なぜなら周波数が低ければ、より高い侵入深度を達成することができ、加熱速度のコントロールがより容易だからである。本方法では、1〜40kHz、特に1〜15kHzの周波数を使用することが特に好ましく、なぜならこの場合に、磁場の有効な侵入深度がさらに大きくなるからである。
− 20秒未満の時間内で70℃超の温度に加熱する。
熱活性化性接着剤として、特に溶融接着材料、反応性接着材料、または反応性溶融接着材料を使用することができる。
原理的には、少なくとも1つの導電性平たい構造物を、任意に適切に、例えば薄い、全面的で隙間のない層または透かし構造の層として(例えば格子として)形成することができる。導電層の層厚は、50μm未満、特に20μm未満、またはそれどころか10μm未満であることが好ましい。層厚の方が、加熱速度の上限を比較的簡単に制限することができる。
例
熱活性化性接着剤として、様々なベース化合物の様々な厚さの熱活性化性接着剤フィルムを使用した(表を参照)。これには、部分的に、市販の熱活性化性フィルム(tesa SE)を使うことができた。

Claims (6)
- 2つの基材表面の接着および再剥離のための方法であって、
接着のために、熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素が使用され、
熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素が、少なくとも1つの導電性平たい構造物および異なる熱活性化性接着剤の少なくとも2つの層を含み、
第1の熱活性化性接着剤層が実質的には導電性平たい構造物の一方の面に存在しており、第2の熱活性化性接着剤が実質的には導電性平たい構造物のもう一方の面に存在している方法において、
接着が、熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素を温度T1に曝すことにより引き起こされ、温度T1では、両方の熱活性化性接着剤が同時に熱活性化され、
再剥離が、接着部位を温度T2に曝すことにより引き起こされ、温度T2では、所定の条件下で、熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素の熱活性化性層の一方だけが、接着複合体内での接着作用を、接着複合体が分離する程度に失うことを特徴とする方法。 - 接着を引き起こすための温度T1が、導電性平たい構造物の誘導加熱により引き起こされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着複合体の再剥離を引き起こすための温度T2が、導電性平たい構造物の誘導加熱により引き起こされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 温度T2での接着複合体の再剥離が、対応する熱活性化性接着剤層の溶融または分解(Dekomposition)により引き起こされることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの導電性平たい構造物および異なる熱活性化性接着剤の少なくとも2つの層を含み、
第1の熱活性化性接着剤層が実質的には導電性平たい構造物の一方の面に存在しており、第2の熱活性化性接着剤が実質的には導電性平たい構造物のもう一方の面に存在している熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素において、
熱活性化性接着剤の接着特性を達成するための活性化温度の差が、両方の熱活性化性接着剤の溶融温度の差より小さいことを特徴とする熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素。 - 少なくとも1つの導電性平たい構造物および異なる熱活性化性接着剤の少なくとも2つの層を含み、
第1の熱活性化性接着剤層が実質的には導電性平たい構造物の一方の面に存在しており、第2の熱活性化性接着剤が実質的には導電性平たい構造物のもう一方の面に存在している熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素において、
熱活性化性接着剤の接着特性を達成するための活性化温度の差が、両方の熱活性化性接着剤の分解温度の差より小さいことを特徴とする熱活性化接着可能な平たい要素。
