Claims (6)
- 基台と、
前記基台の上側に左右方向かつ上下方向に移動可能に設けられた主軸台と、
前記主軸台に対し上下方向の軸線を中心に回転可能に支持された主軸と、
前記主軸の下端部に設けられ工作物を着脱可能に把持する工作物チャックと、
前記主軸を回転駆動する主軸駆動モータと、
前記基台に対し、左右方向及び上下方向に対し直交する前後方向に移動可能に設けられたタレット支持台と、
前記基台に固定され前記タレット支持台を前後方向に移動させるアクチュエータと、
周方向複数位置に設けられた工具取付部を有し、前記タレット支持台に前後方向の軸線を中心に旋回割出可能に支持されたタレットと、
複数の前記工具取付部のそれぞれにおいて、前後方向に離れて取り付けられた複数の加工工具とを備える、縦型旋盤。 - 請求項1に記載の縦型旋盤において、
前記複数の工具取付部のそれぞれにおいて、前後方向に離れて取り付けられた複数の加工工具は、同じ種類の第1加工工具である、縦型旋盤。 - 請求項2に記載の縦型旋盤において、
前記複数の工具取付部のそれぞれにおいて、前記複数の第1加工工具に対し前記タレットの周方向に離れて取り付けられた同じ種類の複数の第2加工工具であって、前記タレットにおいて前後方向に離れて取り付けられた複数の第2加工工具を備える、縦型旋盤。 - 請求項1に記載の縦型旋盤において、
複数の前記工具取付部のそれぞれにおいて、前後方向に離れて取り付けられた複数の加工工具は、異なる種類である、縦型旋盤。 - 請求項1に記載の縦型旋盤において、
前記タレット支持台に固定された流路接続ユニットであって、高圧給油ポンプにそれぞれ電磁オンオフ弁を介して接続された複数の第1給油路を含む流路接続ユニットを備え、
前記タレットは、前記タレットが旋回した場合に前記複数の第1給油路の吐出口に接続可能に設けられた複数の第2給油路を含み、
前記複数の第2給油路は、前記複数の加工工具に形成された工具側油路に接続されており、
前記高圧給油ポンプ側から供給された切削油剤が、前記工具側油路から加工中の前記加工工具の切刃に向け噴出可能に構成される、縦型旋盤。 - 請求項5に記載の縦型旋盤において、
前記流路接続ユニットの前記タレットとは反対側に結合されたロッドを含む油圧シリンダユニットと、
前記タレットが旋回を開始するときには、前記油圧シリンダユニットのロッドを前記タレットとは反対側に後退させ、前記タレットが旋回を終了したときには、前記ロッドを前記タレット側に前進させるように前記油圧シリンダユニットへの油圧の供給を制御する制御盤とを備える、縦型旋盤。
