なお、上記「径方向に燃料を噴射する」の「径方向」とは、軸心に直交する平面でみた平面視における径方向を意味し、軸心方向に傾斜した方向に噴射する場合も含む。

Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器内の燃焼室へ燃料と空気の混合気を噴射する燃料噴射装置であって、
円筒状の外壁を有する当該燃料噴射装置の軸心上に配置された燃料噴射弁であって、当該燃料噴射装置の径方向に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射部を有する燃料噴射弁と、
を備え、
前記燃料噴射弁は、さらに、
前記燃料噴射部に燃料を供給する通路を形成する燃料流路部と、
前記燃料噴射部の前記燃焼室側を向く先端部分を、当該先端部分との間に空気層が形成されるように覆う遮熱カバーと、
を有する燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記遮熱カバーは、この遮熱カバーを前記燃料流路部に対して支持するカバー支持部を有し、このカバー支持部は、前記燃料噴射部よりも上流側で前記燃料流路部に接合されており、前記燃料流路部と前記カバー支持部との接合部分の下流側に径方向の隙間が形成されている燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置において、さらに、前記燃料流路部に燃料を導入する通路を形成する燃料導入管と、この燃料導入管を覆う燃料通路カバーとを備えており、前記カバー支持部の少なくとも前記接合部分を含む一部が、前記燃料通路カバーの内壁面に嵌合している燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項2または3に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記燃料流路部の前記径方向の隙間を形成する部分の外周面に環状の突起が設けられており、この環状の突起が前記カバー支持部の内周面に接触している燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記燃料噴射部の燃料噴射口が、前記遮熱カバーの外周面と同一面上に、またはこの外周面よりも外径側に突出して設けられている燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射装置において、さらに、前記燃料噴射弁の外周を覆い、その内側に空気通路を形成する筒状壁を備えており、前記遮熱カバーの、前記燃料噴射部の前記燃焼室側を向く先端部分を覆うカバー部の外面が、前記筒状壁の内周面にほぼ沿った形状を有している燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項6に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記筒状壁は、その一端部が前記燃焼室側に向かって次第に縮径となる形状を有しており、前記遮熱カバーの前記カバー部の外面が、前記筒状壁の内周面に沿って、前記燃焼室側に向かって次第に縮径となる形状を有している燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射装置において、前記燃料噴射弁がパイロット燃料噴射弁であり、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の外周を取り囲むメイン燃料噴射弁をさらに備える燃料噴射装置。
