Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、動作機械への機関の機械的な接続のための運転アセンブリ1であって、動的に制御可能なマルチプレートクラッチ4によって接続される駆動シャフトユニット2及び出力シャフトユニット3を備えるとともに、出力シャフトユニットに対して作用する抑速ブレーキ7、及び、制御ユニットを備え、抑速ブレーキは動的に制御可能なブレーキである、運転アセンブリに関する。

Claims (10)
- 動作機械(25)への機関(20)の機械的な接続のための運転アセンブリであって、動的に制御可能なマルチプレートクラッチ(4)によって接続される駆動シャフトユニット(2)及び出力シャフトユニット(3)を備えるとともに、該出力シャフトユニット(3)に対して作用する抑速ブレーキ(7)、及び、制御ユニットを備え、前記抑速ブレーキ(7)は動的に制御可能なブレーキであることを特徴とする、運転アセンブリ。
- 前記マルチプレートクラッチ(4)及び前記抑速ブレーキ(7)は共通のハウジング内に一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の運転アセンブリ。
- 補助駆動装置(28)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の運転アセンブリ。
- 必要な動力、潤滑剤及び/又は冷却油の流れへの油圧供給のためのポンプを、前記補助駆動装置(28)によって駆動することができることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の運転アセンブリ。
- 電動ポンプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の運転アセンブリ。
- 前記制御ユニットは、分離と全出力伝達との間で前記マルチプレートクラッチ(4)に対する油圧を無段調節するユニット、及び、自由な運転と固定との間で前記抑速ブレーキ(7)に対する油圧を無段調節するユニットを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の運転アセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の運転アセンブリを運転させる方法であって、出力速度を、前記マルチプレートクラッチ(4)及び前記抑速ブレーキ(7)の双方の制御によって調節することを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記マルチプレートクラッチ(4)において生じるドラグトルクを、前記抑速ブレーキ(7)を制御することによって相殺することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記出力速度の調節を、前記機関(20)の速度とは独立して行うことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記出力速度の調節を、前記機関(20)の最低速度を維持しながら行うことを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
