Claims (12)
- 過給内燃機関の吸気口に導入される空気の量を調節し、前記内燃機関は、各々が少なくとも1つの気筒(121、122、123、124)のユニットの排気マニホールド(30、34)に連結された2つの排気ガス排気口(32、36)を有する装置であって、
各排気ガス排気口に連結されたダブルインテーク(50、52)タービン(40)と外気圧縮機(44)とを備えたターボチャージャーを含む過給装置(38)と、圧縮空気を前記圧縮機から前記タービンの吸気口に部分的に移送するダクト(64)とを有し、
前記部分的に移送するダクトは、前記タービンの吸気口に連結され、各々が内部の圧縮空気の循環を制御する弁規制手段(74、76)を保持する2つの分岐管(70、72)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記分岐管の各々は、逆止弁(80、82)をさらに保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記分岐管の一方(70)は、連結配管(84)によって前記分岐管の他方(72)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記連結配管は、弁規制手段(86)を保持することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記弁規制手段は、比例弁(74、76、86)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記移送するダクト(64)は、内部を循環する圧縮空気を加熱する手段(88)を保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱する手段(88)は、熱交換器を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器(88)は、前記ターボチャージャータービン(40)から流入する排気ガス用の吸気口(92)と、前記排気配管への排気ガス排気口(94)とを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 過給内燃機関の吸気口内の圧縮空気の量を調節する方法であって、
前記内燃機関は、各々が少なくとも1つの気筒(121、122、123、124)のユニットの排気マニホールド(30、34)に連結された2つの排気ガス排気口(32、36)を有し、
各排気ガス排気口に連結されたダブルインテーク(50、52)タービン(40)と外気圧縮機(44)とを備えたターボチャージャーを含む過給装置(38)と、圧縮空気を前記圧縮機から前記タービンの吸気口に部分的に移送するダクト(64)とを有し、
圧縮機から流出した圧縮空気の一部をタービン(40)の排気ガス吸気区間(46、48)に導入することを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記移送するダクト(64)を2つの分岐管(70、72)に分割することと、前記分岐管の各々における圧縮空気の循環を、弁規制手段(74、76)を用いて制御することを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記分岐管の一方を連結配管(84)によって前記分岐管の他方に連結することを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記移送するダクト内を循環する圧縮空気をタービンに導入される前に加熱することを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
