Abstract
Description
平鋼製品を提供するステップと、
硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸鉄、および硫酸マグネシウムからなる群からのコーティング材料でコーティングすることにより、成形中に互いに接触する平鋼製品または成形に使用される成形機の表面の少なくとも1つの上に、トライボロジー的に活性な層を生成するステップと;
平鋼製品を成形ツール内に挿入するステップと;
成形機内に挿入された平鋼製品を成形して、部品を得るステップとを含む。
Znコーティングを備える薄板ストリップの形態の従来の平鋼製品に、トライボロジー的に活性な硫酸アンモニウム層を塗布した。
同様にZnコーティングを備える薄板ストリップの形態の従来の平鋼製品に、トライボロジー的に活性な硫酸鉄(II)層を塗布した。
同様にZnコーティングを備える薄板ストリップの形態の従来の平鋼製品に、トライボロジー的に活性な硫酸アルミニウム層を塗布した。
Claims (15)
- 成形機における成形時の平鋼製品のトライボロジー特性を改善するためのコーティング材料としての、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸鉄、および硫酸マグネシウムからなる群から選択される硫酸塩の使用。
- 前記硫酸塩が、硫酸アルミニウム(III)、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸鉄(II)、硫酸鉄(III)、および硫酸マグネシウムからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記コーティング材料から生成された層が、水溶性であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 成形機において平鋼製品を成形することにより鋼部品を製造するための方法であって、
前記平鋼製品を提供するステップと、
硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸鉄、および硫酸マグネシウムからなる群からのコーティング材料でコーティングすることにより、成形中に互いに接触する前記平鋼製品または成形に使用される前記成形機の表面の少なくとも1つの上に、トライボロジー的に活性な層を生成するステップと;
前記平鋼製品を前記成形ツール内に挿入するステップと;
前記成形機内に挿入された前記平鋼製品を成形して、前記部品を得るステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記硫酸塩が、硫酸アルミニウム(III)、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸鉄(II)、硫酸鉄(III)、および硫酸マグネシウムからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記成形が、冷間成形として行われることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記トライボロジー的に活性な層が、前記平鋼製品上に生成されることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング材料が、水溶液として塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が、2つの成分からなり、そのうちの一方の成分は、溶媒としての水であり、他方の成分は、トライボロジー的に活性な構成物質としての各硫酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、蒸留水であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液中の前記トライボロジー的に活性な構成物質の量が、0.2〜1mol/l(SO4 2ーイオン濃度を基準とする)であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼製品上に生成される前記トライボロジー的に活性な層の硫黄の割合が、5〜50mg/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項4から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記トライボロジー的に活性な層によるコーティング後の前記平鋼製品の摩擦係数が、0.15以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼製品が、塗布された腐食防止制御コーティングを有すること、および前記トライボロジー的に活性な層が、前記腐食防止制御コーティングに塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項4から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記トライボロジー的に活性な層が、周囲温度で塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項4から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
