Claims (5)
- 超高速度撮像装置であって、
被撮像物を支持する支持手段と、該支持手段に支持された被撮像物を撮像する撮像手段とを備え、
該撮像手段は、該支持手段に支持された被撮像物に対向する対物レンズと、該対物レンズから延びる第一の光路に配設されたビームスプリッターと、該ビームスプリッターから延びる第二の光路に配設された画像処理手段と、該ビームスプリッターから延びる第三の光路に配設された照明手段とを含み、
該照明手段は、ブロードバンドパルス光源と、該ブロードバンドパルス光源から出力された1パルスの光を複数の波長に分光すると共に時間差を生じさせる分光器とを備え、
該画像処理手段は、時間差をもって該支持手段に支持された被撮像物に照射された戻り光を波長毎に角度を変えて分光する回折格子と、該回折格子によって分光された戻り光を波長に対応した角度毎の領域で分解写真の如く撮像するイメージセンサーと、
から少なくとも構成される超高速度撮像装置。 - 該イメージセンサーによって撮像された画像を記憶する記憶手段と、該記憶手段に記憶された画像を表示する表示手段と、を含む請求項1に記載の超高速度撮像装置。
- 該回折格子は、第一の回折格子と、第二の回折格子とを備え、該第一の回折格子によって戻り光を波長毎に角度を変えて分光し、該第二の回折格子は、該第一の回折格子によって分光された戻り光を平行にして該イメージセンサーに導く請求項1に記載の超高速度撮像装置。
- 該回折格子は、反射ミラーで所定の角度をもって反射された戻り光を波長毎に角度を変えて分光し、コリメーションレンズを通して該イメージセンサーに導く請求項1に記載の超高速度撮像装置。
- 該分光器は、該ブロードバンドパルス光源からの1パルスの光を複数の波長毎に角度を変えて分光する回折格子と、該回折格子が分光した波長毎に光路長が異なり時間差を生じさせる遅延ラインと、該遅延ラインによって波長毎に遅延した光を合波する合波器と、から構成される請求項1に記載の超高速度撮像装置。
