Claims (12)
- 内燃機関へ燃料を、好ましくはディーゼルを供給するためのポンプユニットであって、ポンプ本体(4,9)と、前記ポンプ本体(4,9)に構成された少なくとも1つのシリンダ(14)と、前記シリンダ(14)の中でスライド可能に配置されたピストン(15)と、前記シリンダ(14)へ燃料を吸入するための吸入行程および前記シリンダ(14)に含まれる燃料を圧縮するための圧縮行程のときに前記ピストン(15)を動かすための操作装置(16)と、前記シリンダ(14)への燃料の供給を選択的に制御するための吸入弁(29)と、内燃機関への燃料の供給を選択的に制御するための圧力弁(30)とを含んでおり、前記圧力弁(30)は、前記シリンダ(14)の長軸(8)に対して同軸に取り付けられ、前記ピストン(15)のほうを向く端部面(43,48,52)によって軸方向で区切られ、前記圧力弁(30)の開放位置と閉止位置の間で可動である閉止部分(38,46,51)を含んでいる、そのようなポンプユニットにおいて、前記閉止部分(38,46,51)は、前記端部面(43,48,52)で外方に向かって開いた、前記シリンダ(14)と連通するキャビティ(44,49,53)を有することを特徴とするポンプユニット。
- 前記キャビティ(44,49,53)は前記長軸(8)を中心として延びている、請求項1に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記端部面(43,48)は前記長軸(8)に対して実質的に垂直に延びる中央の区域(45,48)を含んでおり、前記キャビティ(44,49)は前記中央の区域(45,48)で外方に向かって開いている、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記端部面(52)は実質的に球形の側方の区域(54)を含んでおり、前記キャビティ(53)は前記側方の区域(54)で外方に向かって開いている、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記キャビティ(44)は実質的に半球状の形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記キャビティ(49)は実質的に円筒状の形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記キャビティ(53)は環形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記ポンプ本体(4,9)を貫いて構成され、内燃機関と接続されている拡張された区域(13b)と、前記シリンダ(14)と接続されている狭隘化された区域(12)とを含む圧力配管(12,13b)をさらに含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記閉止部分(46)は前記拡張された区域(13b)の中でスライド可能に配置されるとともに、前記狭隘化された区域(12)に突入する、前記狭隘化された区域(12)の断面よりも小さい断面を有する延長部(47)を備えている、請求項8に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記キャビティ(49)は前記延長部(47)を貫いて延びており、実質的に円筒状の形状を有しており、前記キャビティ(49)の側壁を貫いて構成された多数の接続穴(50)を介して前記圧力配管(12,13b)の前記狭隘化された区域(12)と連通する、請求項9に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記接続穴(50)は半径方向で前記長軸(8)を中心として均等に配分されている、請求項10に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記狭隘化および前記拡張された区域(12,13b)は実質的に円錐台状の結合区域(41)を備える肩部を介して相互に結合されており、該結合区域は前記閉止部分(38;46;51)の実質的に球形状の結合区域(42)と流体密閉式に結合するように構成されている、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。
