Claims (8)
- (Ba1−a−bMaaMbb)(Mg0.5−cMccW0.5)O3の組成中、Ma及びMbはアルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属であり、Mcは+3価金属であり、a及びcが各々0.01ないし0.1であり、bは0.09ないし0.25であることを特徴とするBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記組成でWの一部は+5価の金属元素であるMeによってさらに置換されて、(Ba1−a−bMaaMbb)(Mg0.5−cMccW0.5−eMee)O3の組成をなし、eは0.01ないし0.05であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記MaはMa2Oで表される+1価のアルカリ類金属元素であって、Na、K及びLiの中から選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記MbはMbOで表される+2価のアルカリ土類金属元素であって、Sr及びCaの中から選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記McはMc2O3で表される+3価のランタン族金属元素であって、Sc、Y、Sm、Gd、Yb、Dyの中から選択されるいずれか1つまたはホウ素族金属元素であってInであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記MeはMe2O5で表される+5価のバナジウム族金属元素であって、Nb及びTaの中から選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記Ma及びMbは高い品質係数を目的としてすべて添加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
- 前記Mb及びMeは共振周波数の温度特性を目的として単独またはすべて添加されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のBMW系高周波誘電体セラミックス素材。
