Abstract
Description
図1に示すように給湯装置10は、例えば家屋やビルディングなどの建造物で用いられる。給湯装置10は、加熱器11を備えており、建造物に設定されている1つ以上の設備12へ予め設定された設定温度の混合水を供給する。設備12は、例えば建造物の浴室、洗面所、台所、湯沸かし室など混合水を必要とする箇所が該当する。
加熱器11と混合弁部14とを接続する水路部13は、建物に設けられていることから、所定の全長を有するとともに、加熱器11で加熱した供給水の温度Tsよりも低温の外気にさらされる。そのため、使用されず水路部13に残存する供給水は、時間の経過とともに温度Tsが低下する。供給水の温度Tsが低下すると、混合弁部14において設定温度Tdの混合水を生成することができず、吐出口18からは設定温度Tdよりも低温の混合水が吐出されることになる。そこで、循環機構部15は、水路部13に残存する供給水を加熱器11へ循環し、供給水を再加熱する。具体的には、循環機構部15は、水路部13に残存する供給水の温度Tsが予め設定した最低温度Tiを下回ると、水路部13に残存する供給水を加熱器11へ循環する。上述のように混合弁部14のモータ43の駆動量は、供給水の温度Tsに相関する。そこで、本実施形態の場合、水路部13における供給水の温度Tsは、混合弁部14の駆動部32を構成するモータ43から取得する。
駆動量取得部51は、モータ43の負荷を取得する(S101)。駆動量取得部51は、モータ43の負荷として、例えばモータ43へ印加される電圧、モータ43へ供給される電流、モータ43の回転数、またはモータ43の回転角度などを取得する。この場合、駆動量取得部51は、例示した値以外であってもモータ43の負荷として取得してもよい。また、駆動量取得部51が取得するモータ43の負荷は、例示したものその他のものの1つであってもよく、2つ以上であってもよい。
以上説明した本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の実施形態に適用可能である。
上述の一実施形態では、駆動量取得部51と制御部52との間を無線で接続する例について説明した。しかし、駆動量取得部51と制御部52との間は、有線によって接続してもよい。例えば既存の給湯装置10において、既に混合弁部14と制御部52との間が有線で接続されている場合、この既存の配線を用いて駆動量取得部51と制御部52との間の通信を行なってもよい。
Claims (4)
- 加熱器と、
前記加熱器で加熱された供給水が流れる少なくとも1つの水路部と、
前記水路部にそれぞれ設けられ、弁部材および前記弁部材を駆動する駆動部を有し、前記駆動部で前記弁部材を駆動することにより前記供給水と前記加熱器で加熱されていない非加熱水との混合率を変更して、予め設定された設定温度の混合水を生成する混合弁部と、
前記水路部において、前記混合弁部よりも前記加熱器側からそれぞれ分岐して前記水路部と前記加熱器とを接続する接続通路部、前記接続通路部を開閉する開閉弁部、および前記接続通路部を通して前記水路部に残存する前記供給水を前記加熱器へ戻すポンプを有する循環機構部と、
前記駆動部の駆動量を取得する駆動量取得部と、
前記駆動量取得部で取得した前記駆動量に基づいて、前記循環機構部を制御する制御部と、
を備える給湯装置。 - 前記駆動部は、前記弁部材を駆動するモータを有し、
前記駆動量取得部は、前記モータの負荷を取得する請求項1記載の給湯装置。 - 前記駆動部は、前記弁部材の移動によって伸縮する伸縮部材を有し、
前記駆動量取得部は、前記伸縮部材の伸縮情報を取得する請求項1記載の給湯装置。 - 前記駆動量取得部は、前記制御部へ無線によって取得した前記駆動量を送信する請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の給湯装置。
