以上、衝撃吸収構造を有するロボットアームに対する技術思想を添付図面と共に述べたが、これは本発明の好適な実施形態を例示的に説明したものに過ぎず、本発明を限定するものではない。

Claims (4)
- 衝撃吸収構造を有するロボットアームであって、
複数のブロックと、
前記複数のブロックがロボットアームの形を形成するようにブロックとブロックとを連結し、前記ブロックに比べて相対的に低い強度を有する弾性力のある連結部材と、
を含み、前記連結部材は、フォーム又はハニカム構造を有し、樹脂材料からなる板材と、この板材に接合される繊維強化複合材料とを備える、衝撃吸収構造を有するロボットアーム。 - 前記連結部材は、
フォーム又はハニカム構造を有する樹脂材料の前記板材からなり、凹部を有するコア部材と、
前記凹部に挿入される外部部品装着用補助部材と、
前記補助部材を外部に露出させる開口部を有し、前記コア部材に取り付けられる、前記繊維強化複合材料からなる構造部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の衝撃吸収構造を有するロボットアーム。 - 前記コア部材と前記構造部材との間に複数個の孔を有する薄板がさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項2記載の衝撃吸収構造を有するロボットアーム。
- 前記コア部材の前記樹脂材料、前記補助部材の材料、及び前記構造部材の前記繊維強化複合材料は、同時硬化に適した材料であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の衝撃吸収構造を有するロボットアーム。
