Description
空気式プランジャ機構では、ガラスの粘度、並びに、プランジャ機構、ポジショナ、及びガイド・リングにおける摩擦のために、適正なパリソンの形成を確保するためには、プランジャ上昇圧力を手作業で度々調節する必要がある。一方、電子式プランジャ機構では、操作者が手作業で調節するまで、サーボ電気プランジャ機構の動力コントローラが、選択された動力要求値又は要求曲線で動作する。
本発明のその他の目的及び利点は、本明細書の以下の説明、及び本発明の原理を組み込んだ、現時点における好適な実施形態を示す添付図面から明らかとなるであろう。
本発明は、所望の時間インターバル中にガラス形成過程を行うこと、及びその目的を達成するためにプロセスを変化させることの重要性に鑑みてなされたものである。

Claims (4)
- ガラス容器製造用の個別セクション(IS)マシーンにおいて、
開始位置から上昇位置まで変位可能な粗型用プランジャと、
前記粗型用プランジャを変位させるアクチュエータと、
前記粗型用プランジャを変位させるために前記アクチュエータの動作を制御する制御部であって、選択した入力に応答して、前記変位の速度を上昇又は低下させる手段を含む制御部と、
前記粗型用プランジャを前記開始位置からその上昇位置まで変位させるための実際の時間を判定する判定手段と、
前記粗型用プランジャを前記開始位置からその上昇位置まで変位させるための理想的時間を規定する規定手段と、
前記理想的時間を前記実際の期間と比較し、その差を減少させるように前記粗型用プランジャの速度を変化させるために、選択した入力を前記制御部に供給する比較手段と
を備えていることを特徴とする個別セクション・マシーン。 - 請求項1記載の個別セクション・マシーンにおいて、前記アクチュエータは、サーボ・モータであり、前記制御部は、該サーボモータの動作を制御するサーボ・モータ制御部であることを特徴とする個別セクション・マシーン。
- 請求項2記載の個別セクション・マシーンにおいて、前記入力は速度であることを特徴とする個別セクション・マシーン。
- 請求項2記載の個別セクション・マシーンにおいて、前記入力はトルクであることを特徴とする個別セクション・マシーン。
