Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性のプレフォーム(2)の本体(1)が所定の経路(T)を辿るように前記プレフォーム(2)が移動させられる間に、ブロー成形または延伸ブロー成形によって容器を製造するために、前記プレフォーム(2)の前記本体(1)を加熱する装置であり、
前記プレフォーム(2)の前記本体(1)が辿る前記経路(T)の側方に位置し、前記経路(T)上の位置(E)の方へ向けられた少なくとも1つの赤外電磁放射線源(5)を有し、
前記経路(T)の、前記電磁放射線源(5)が位置する側方と反対側の側方にリフレクタ(7)が位置する加熱装置において、
前記赤外電磁放射線源(5)は、前記位置(E)における前記経路(T)の接線(6)に対して60°から10°の間の角度(α)だけ傾斜した指向性放射線源であることを特徴とする、加熱装置。 - 前記角度(α)は45°未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記角度(α)は20°から31°の間であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記角度(α)は12°から20°の間であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記プレフォーム(2)の前記本体(1)が辿る前記経路(T)は前記位置(E)で実質的に直線状であり、前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)は、前記経路(T)の各側方に同様に位置させることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記プレフォーム(2)の前記本体(1)が辿る前記経路(T)は、前記位置(E)において湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)は、前記経路(T)の凸形状側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)は、前記プレフォーム(2)の移動方向(F)を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)は、前記プレフォーム(2)の前記移動方向(F)と逆の方向を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱装置は、少なくとも2つの前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)を備え、少なくとも1つの前記指向性電磁放射線源(5a)は前記プレフォーム(2)の前記移動方向(F)を向いており、前記電磁放射線源(5a)の下流側に位置する少なくとも1つの他の前記指向性電磁放射線源(5b)が、前記プレフォーム(2)の前記移動方向(F)と逆の方向を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項8および9に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)は、レーザ源であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記指向性電磁放射線源(5)はレーザダイオードであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の加熱装置。
