Claims (10)
- 複数の結合具を介してエンジンからのトルクを回転負荷(12)に伝達するために、フランジ(88)およびディスク(76)を含むエンジンを前記回転負荷に結合するように構成された複数の結合具(100)であって、前記各結合具が、頭部(106)、前記頭部から前記結合具の長手方向軸(112)に沿って延びる細長いシャンク部(110)、および前記頭部から前記長手方向軸に沿って前記シャンク部とは反対側に延びるねじ付きスタッド(120)を備える結合具(100)と、
前記複数の結合具のそれぞれに結合されるように構成されたバランスウエイト(122)と
を備え、
前記ねじ付きスタッド(120)は、前記バランスウエイトの一部が前記フランジ(88)に接触するような前記結合具に対する位置に該バランスウエイトを保持する、ガスタービンエンジン(10)を含む回転組立体(50)をバランス修正するためのシステム。 - 前記スタッド(120)が前記頭部(106)と一体に形成される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記結合具(100)がボルトを備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記バランスウエイト(122)を保持するために前記スタッド(120)上に取り付けられるナット(124)をさらに備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記バランスウエイト(122)が、バランス修正面(52、56)での不釣合いを相殺する重量を有するように選択される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 回転負荷(12)と、
前記負荷に駆動的に結合された、フランジ(88)およびディスク(76)を含むガスタービンエンジン(10)と、
バランス修正システムと、
を備えるバランス修正対象回転組立体(50)であって、
前記バランス修正システムが、
前記組立体のバランス修正面(52、56)に配置された複数の締結具(100)であって、前記エンジンからのトルクを前記回転負荷に伝達するために、前記エンジンを前記回転負荷に結合するようにそれぞれが構成され、頭部(106)、前記頭部から前記締結具の長手方向軸(112)に沿って延びる細長いシャンク部(110)、および前記頭部から前記長手方向軸に沿って前記シャンク部とは反対側に延びるスタッド(120)をそれぞれが備える締結具(100)と、
前記複数の締結具のそれぞれに結合されるように構成されたバランスウエイト(122)と
を備え、
前記ねじ付きスタッド(120)は、前記バランスウエイトの一部が前記フランジ(88)に接触するような前記結合具に対する位置に該バランスウエイトを保持する、バランス修正対象回転組立体(50)。 - 前記バランスウエイト(122)が、前記バランス修正面(52、56)で前記組立体のバランス修正を可能にするように寸法設定されている、請求項6記載のバランス修正対象回転組立体(50)。
- 前記バランス修正システムが、前記バランスウエイト(122)を前記スタッド(120)上に保持するための保持ナット(124)をさらに備える、請求項6記載のバランス修正対象回転組立体(50)。
- 前記エンジン(10)を前記負荷(12)に結合するための継手(58)をさらに備え、前記バランス修正面(52、56)が前記継手位置にボルト結合部(70)を備える、請求項6記載のバランス修正対象回転組立体(50)。
- 前記エンジン(10)がパワータービン(24)を有し、前記バランス修正面(52、56)が、前記パワータービンの後部にある第1のバランス修正面(52)および前記パワータービンの前方にある第2のバランス修正面(56)を含む、請求項6記載のバランス修正対象回転組立体(50)。
